      I wish I could give a negative 5 star rating! Got a loan through this bank because of a car dealership. I had insurance on my truck but they said my deductible was too high, they did not notify me and instead forced a $4,000 insurance policy on me. They then said I had a bunch of missed payments (I had 1 overlooked payment that I promptly took care of). I informed them I always had insurance, but they told me I needed a $1000 deductible instead of $2,000. I fixed it within ****************************************************************************** into paying their ridiculous premium of a reduced amount of $2500.00 or they would take my truck. Everyone there was rude when I tried to explain i had insurance and now I am filing a lawsuit. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

      If I could leave less than 1 star I would. This has been my mother's banking institution for over thirty years, and now, as she is passing, they are failing her left and right. They have made what is already one of the most difficult circumstances of my life worse, as they are making the process of accessing her accounts nearly impossible. I am the **** and I am just trying to make sure we can cover the costs of her passing. Instead of respecting that, or working with me, they are making me feel like a criminal for asking, blocking me and suspending her accounts. What is wrong with you all?

      If I could give 0 stars I would. If you ever consider using this bank, dont! Avoid it at all cost!My husband has used this bank for years. Never had an issue until this month. My husband had a horse trailer loan through them as well as a regular checking for both of us. When he got the horse trailer, one stipulation was we had to be set up on auto pay. October rolls around, we find out it wasnt on auto pay. So we made a payment, got the auto ******* back up and went about our day. February 6th rolls around and **** is taken from our checking account transferring to the horse trailer loan, leaving the account **** dollars. But it was taken out in two different payments. However from a different account with them a payment was transferred to the horse trailer. On the date it was due. They are now saying they cant reverse the second payment that put us negative after telling me to wait 48 hours for the reversal to go through. I understand if the auto pay wasnt working right and the first payment that was taken out catches it up. But to take an additional 421 dollars out of an account that isnt there and causing the account holders to go negative with out explanation is really ridiculous. How is it that we have proof that the auto pay was signed up for, and paper work to show the stipulation for the trailer loan, and they just take it randomly with out a letter, call or email? How is this okay?!

      I am giving one star because I have to. I went to deposit a check into my account that I have had for over 5 years, have much more than the amount of the check in my account, have over $10k a month in direct deposits going in, they are not going to lose any money. They put a hold on the check due to it being from an insurance company. The teller had a trainee and she said "we put a hold on the check because it is an insurance check, just be short with them like I was with her and tell them it is policy." Excuse me, I am right here. When I complained to the branch manager, *******, she said she was allowed to say anything she wanted in front of members while training. What? I worked in banks and credits unions for over 15 years and was a head teller and trainer at one point and this would have never been allowed anywhere I worked. I would have been written up, if not outright fired for talking to a member/customer that way. I cannot talk to anyone over *******, as they will not give me a name, number, or email. They told me they would contact them and have them call me. Have never received a phone call. Take your business elsewhere where they appreciate it. I will be moving all of my accounts elsewhere.

      I got car loan from true sky credit union show them my car insurance to loan officer which he said everything is okay after 6 weeks later they added $488.00 to my loan claiming that I didnt have insurance my car insurance cost me $600.00 for 6 months I am not sure how they come up with $488.00 they said they paid for 6 weeks.
