I had gone to Dental Depot on Reno for dentures, which entailed pulling the rest of the teeth I had. I hadn't seen a dentist in 20+ years due to the dentist mocking my teeth. Like I said, I went, had teeth pulled and they explained the whole denture procedure. They were kind, caring and very respectful. I found at Dental Depot, they go above and beyond to make their customers happy.... And I'm extremely happy. I'll have my dentures soon and found a permanent dentist. Thank you Dental Depot! You all rock! Keep up the good work!

First, the dental team is great. However, the office personnel is a different subject. I was given an estimate for dental services. I was to pay three installments of $334.58. The first two visits were $334.58 each. Then I went to my final appointment for my bridge and was told my final payment was $825.06. I was told an email was sent to me but I cant find a record of it. I was shown an email but cant find it in my records. Did the sender hit the sent button? I dont know because they cut the top off the email. This is the second time I was given an estimate and was blindsided with a different actual cost. I am very disappointed with this company. After reviewing the BBB records for this company, I dont believe a complaint would even matter. The regional manager told me she would be the one to respond to any complaint. So, where do you go to be heard? I have so much to say and nobody at that company care to hear it. I was frustrated and said a word I shouldnt have per the regional manager. I am not proud of that moment. However, $500 in addition to the $334.58 cause me grief. Her solution was for me to get credit through someone they use (no thank you). I go in with two blue front teeth (temp crowns). Of course I want my permanent crowns because the ones in my mouth were blue. I could not make an informed decision from the beginning because I didnt have all the info. Bait and switch when your mouth is jacked up. They do not know how to compute your insurance and your out of pocket. The estimate they gave me was off by almost $500.

They gave a price, then added to the ending balance. They are very rude in the business department they couldnt explain where all the money was coming from. My dad is 86 yrs old and was told a different price then what they told him to begin with.

Had a problem with an item from Dental Depot. They shipped toothpicks that were not the ones I wanted. I disputed the charge on ****** and the dispute was settled in a few hours with a full refund. Great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.

The employees who work the front desk have no clue how to do their job. I had scheduled appointment for mid August. They called and said I was on the stop sign list. Its ridiculous. I have not missed any appointments. The office created appointments that I clearly told them not to. Do NOT use this facility.

I went to this dentist to get 2 teeth extracted. And they completely failed In making sure that I had all of my medications prior authorized. For some strange reason. They could not pull their stuff together. The script was written that it was written wrong and had to go back up there to have it reWritten Turn back the round and it turns out that they did not file it with my insurance company so my insurance company could not approve of my pain medications. The facility is closed Saturday and Sunday so that is of no help for emergency cases like mine. I've been waiting 4 days and complete pain. Because they were too incompetent to complete a medical script for sooner care. This is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this location to anyone.. They don't listen to past medical history The dentist does not come in and ask you questions about your past medical history to make sure you are comfortable and safe. Some of the staff may be very friendly, but their execution on making sure their patients have their medication and that they are comfortable. After procedures, they get a big F. I will be going back to the dental depot on Main Street because they are more competent at their job. Tecumsim road in ******** Do not go to this dental place. They do not complete task.. You are a dentist, you is a dental place. Should know you're going to need prior authorization for medications. It is the dentist job to make sure that the patient has gotten the arthrization for their medicine. The patient has no control over the dentist. Or doctors submitting authorization for their medication. A big failure and I'm very disappointed in this facility. I will never in my life. Return to them for any procedure. I had 2 tooth extractions and I'm still uncomplete pain because they fail to deliver my pain medications. Never, ever again and no apology can fix. What you have messed up. Never been scared of dentist in my life I'm starting to get scared. Never ever again

Ok, so I never do this, but people need to know my experience with Dental Depo. It just might save you a lot of pain and frustration. In October of 2019, I sought dental treatment for a cracked tooth and a possible root canal. Fast forward 5 years, from those two issues I had, Dental Depo has caused TMJ, nerve damage, another root canal, a severe tooth infection from 5 failed crowns that had to be redone, 8 dental procedures that all required numbing that finally led to them hitting a nerve in my tongue that now has been damaged. Just do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I wish I had.

Their services are hit & miss. This is what happened to me. Initially, I was thrilled. I could always get in. Their prices are reasonable. They are polite.Things changed. I had a tooth capped. During the installation, I said it felt wrong. They said it was fine. Later, it became apparent that it wasn't aligned right. Cracked the tooth below it. They patched the lower tooth. The patch has held up. Later I went in for a cleaning. Before starting I apologized for having had a salad and not brushing my teeth after. The hygienist may have knocked it loose. She asked me questions like, "Do you brush your teeth?". I was insulted. Later my capped tooth started to ache. I couldn't eat on that side. They took me right in. I asked if it could be recapped. The dentist said it would have to be sawed out. Seemed like a threat. Definitely made me step back mentally. Her solution? Grind down the misaligned teeth, both the cap and my natural tooth. Caps are expensive (there is no such thing as a cheap cap, out of all fairness to dentists). Grinding it down seemed like a poor solution. I don't think well on my feet. I didn't say anything. Afterward, I looked up options for a loose cap. There are several options that did not include sawing it off. I felt like she wanted to shut me up.It was nice after the visit to be told there was no charge for adjusting the tooth. Several months passed. We got a past-due notice. I looked up what other billing things happened to people. It seems Dental Depot has a history of overbilling, incorrectly billing, and not resolving billing disputes. The billing department is hard to get ahold of.When Dental Depot called me, I didn't handle it well. I vented about everything and said we were told there was no charge. The rep got combative, a human reaction to my foul mood but not endearing. The rep said they had to check with the dentist. It is the dentist's decision to waive charges. It was a small charge, and the dentist thankfully waived it.
