    Business Response

    Date: 05/24/2022

On May 11, 2022, our Customer Account Senior reached out to the client to discuss their account. TBS had advised the client we were not able to offer credit for a broker they were doing business with, so we issue them a release letter on 5/7/22. The client then wanted to transfer his account to another factoring company that could offer them credit for the broker we were not able to approve. Our credit team was able to approve credit and the client was advised on May 19 via voicemail and email, however, our team was not able to speak to the client directly to advise of the approval. Our team followed up on May 20,,2022, and spoke to the client to see if they had received the approval notice, which they did and decided to stay with TBS and withdraw their notice to cancel. The client was satisfied with the resolution.
