      POC* at Five Star Fence advertises "Don't settle for anything less than Five Star Fence." And POC states in Five Star Fence voicemail messages that all calls Will be answered by COB same day. *** does not deliver as advertised.on January 3, 2024 I contacted POC at Five Star Fence to request a quote for fence repairs, both wrought iron and chain link. POC texted me a quote for metal repair and stated that he would provide a quote on chain link when he came out to work site on first day of installation- he did not ******* complaint about initial interaction; however, henceforth it was a slow roll wrought with conflicting information, refusal to return phone messages and texts, refusal to provide any status whatsoever after June 20, 2024, etc. This went on for seven months until July 29, 2024 when POC texted that he would be unable to do my fence job; however, no explanation was given even though I requested one asking why did it take him seven months to let me know. He ignored my *********** January, 2024 when POC picked up a phone call, he stated that he had ordered/received my metal fence panels and that they were awaiting *************** April, 2024, he gave exact same status. On June 10, 2024 POC provided conflicting information stating that he had just ordered my fence panels at ****** with firm EDD of June 20. When I began following up after June 20 to determine status on my fence panels, POC set both phones used for work to go straight to voicemail, and he ignored all my texts asking for status.I would never recommend Five Star Fence to anyone for any fence work. I give this business 0 stars.*POC is point of contact at a Five Star Fence
