    I wish to have my account CLOSED/DELETED. I have contacted them about closing/deleting my account because there is no option online to do that. I have contacted them and after some back and forth they said they referred it to the appropriate department. So far after some time it is still Not deleted. I do not feel my information is safe and simply want to severe any connection to their site.

    This customer placed a new order with us on August 5th, 2024. Their account was flagged by our fraud team as being a high risk transaction. As such, we requested additional ID verification to ensure the transaction was not fraudulent. The customer refused to verify their identity and, as such, their order was cancelled on August 6th.

    The customer then wrote in on August 7th requesting that his account be deleted. This request was submitted promptly and deleted from ******* **** on August 13th, 2024. An additional request was sent to *******, our third-party e-commerce program, on August 13th, 2024.
