            I Wanted a car they didnt have. They did a dealer trade but took a $500 deposit to cover the dealer trade cost incase i backed out of the deal for no reason. Was told that the car would be delivered to my address at a certain date but through miscommunication/ neglect on their part, the car wasnt delivered like promised. When they finally called and said the car would be on its way i clearly stated that if there was anything wrong with the car or window tint that they assured me was all good i would not accept the car and the deal would be off. (I was told that all the conversations are recorded). The car showed up with window tint issues and a long scratch down the front/side of the car (i have pictures). So i followed through and told them i was not going make the deal. They are refusing to refund me my $500.

            I made a appointment and asked if the vehicle was still available the salesman said yes. So I tell them I live two hours away and drive there he said ok. I get there only to have the salesman push me off on a other salesman then we go to the lot the car is gone. The other guy didn't know what was going on but was helpful. He goes to find out what's going on and we see some people blow by in the car I had a appointment for. I wasted gas time had no communication of this and was left with no apologies or explanation from the salesman that booked me. I'm a armed forces vet and figured I'd share this stay away from them very bad experience there don't reccommed this place at all.

            We are very sorry for your experience. We try our best to communicate if a particular vehicle is being reviewed or sold if we know someone is coming from a long distance. In this instance, the salesman you were working with was with another customer and was unaware that it had sold while he was with his current customer. As you mentioned in the review, the salesman had to transition your appointment to another salesman because he was with a customer. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience. We read your review to our team and emphasized how important it is to simply step aside from a customer and ask our managers to call if this particular scenario arises again.
