    We have rented from Provident for about 5 years. They have always been very responsive to attending to any issues we may have had. They and their maintenance team have always been gracious, respectful and always a positive experience. They have truly been a blessing in our lives.

    This is the worst company I ever rented from! They will have you move in and have prior issues with the house. Then when you ask to fix they wont fix till you pay rent. Do not do business with Tracey..
