    I purchased a telescoping queen bed vault and it was quite a bit of money, but. need the safety for my wife who is expecting our first child and myself, we are both military and don't have that kind of money to just throw away. we used the vault for the first time in Feb of 2023 8 tornados touched down, the vault opened and the following day it will not close. we have contacted the company by the only phone number provided and no calls back, all we want is the company to honor their product. and FIX it, or refund us our money for a defective poorly installed product. it has 4 bolt that go in the ground and when it did not close I took off the black cover and the 4 bolt holes on each hydraulic leg is in place with 1 single screw per leg system. and they are completely out of the ground total screw exposed. nothing anchoring them into the concrete that gives the unit its support for the hydraulic system. this is completely unacceptable for a company's product and with it being on shark tank an **** ***** backing it, I plan to reach out to shark tank as well, and whomever I can, vortex vaults needs to Make THIS RIGHT. they don't even have an email to get ahold of the company. a company can not just take thousand of money from middle class people and then deliver a bad product. We Proudly serve our country and it just makes me upset that we have been treated like this. Just make things right and fix our vault we are stationed here in Oklahoma on active duty we just can't pick up a move.
