    Oklahoma Tax Advisors advised that they would be able to lower the amount owed to IRS and OK ************* and that they would be able to do these things in my behalf, however that has not been the case. They have poor communication and there has been no effort to help me resolve my issue. They will not refund the money or provide documentation details as to what this down payment was used for. I am a single mother struggling financially and would ask if someone could please help me get my down payment back so that i can just make the payment arrangements myself so that I can continue to maintain my professional license.

    I attached a copy of the Services Agreement, signed Payment Authorization and the last email communication we received from ***********************. She paid the down payment retainer ($1200), and had several meetings with our office. Her expectations were quite unrealistic and she decided that she didn't want our help any longer with the tax issues. Unfortunately we cannot refund the retainer paid and our agreement states that specifically. We offered to help, explain her options with the IRS and State of OK and what she could do moving forward, but she only requested a refund.
