Me and the dealer had agreed on a price to buy a car. I signed the papers, put down a deposit and the next day when I went to buy the car, they told me they couldn’t sell me the car at the price we agreed on. The people working there have no idea what they are doing, ******* who I agreed to the deal with made me and my family wait in the lobby for 45 minutes after he said he would be right back. This business is dishonest and I would not recommend buying a car from this business, ever.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience surrounding this process, The original price that was mentioned for this vehicle was an out the door AS IS price but at the time the vehicle hadn't been put through our reconditioning and safety inspection process, once that was done there were some issues we fixed on the vehicle and the price of the vehicle could no longer be sold for the original offer that was requested.   After the vehicle went through our safety and reconditioning process it was no longer offered AS IS.

Date of this incident was october 2023 my car got hit and i had it towed to battison Honda for repairs i gave them $5,000 upfront to start work on my car it was originally quoted like $8,000 over the next several months they kept finding new things that needed fixing things they missed for 5 months even though they said they did inspections by July 2024 i finally got my car back but somehow my total became $14,000 dollars and a lot of the total couldnt be explained to me. Fast forward a bit too March 12 2025 and my car blows a tire while driving on the highway and nearly caused an accident i get my car towed to *************************** in ********** and the next morning they look at it and they inform me that whoever fixed my vehicle last (**** B at battison honda) they did something incorrectly and that one mess up has been dominoing and cause multiple other damages to my vehicle including destroying 3 of my tires, jacking up my alignment and now my entire subframe has to be replaced. Ive been trying to reach ***** **** of service at battison but hes dodging my calls and ********** for reimbursement Im stuck in an unknown city with no car and no money and its nearly $3,000 worth of damages Ive had to ask friends and family to send me money for a place to stay while i wait to hear back and Im missing work. I just need battison Honda to reimburse this $3,000 charge to fix the damages they caused and i need them to send me my records i keep asking for them they say theyll send them but i keep getting nothing

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Unfortunately just emails about the documentation is not enough to resolve this issue. Id like to also call attention to the fact these documents never reached the customer due to improper documentation of my personal information. Though you say youve been in touch just to contact you by phone has been an absolute nightmare, almost felt as if i was being dodged. I digress communication is only a matter of importance in the matter that one of your mechanics made a mistake that has spiraled into almost $2300 of damage im willing to fix the spiral damage but youre business should be held responsible for the damage you directly caused to my vehicle which i was quoted for $1603.99. Im willing to cover the damage that dominoed from that rear sunframe including replacing my 4 tires and realigning my car and fixing the drain plug. But it would be respectable that you accept blame for improper work and fix your mistake. I attempted to add supporting documentation of my quotes and incorrect email however it wouldnt allow me to add them. For those documents you can reach me at ******************************

    Sincerely,

When the vehicle originally came in, we were told that you just wanted the vehicle "drivable".    The quote that was approved for repair was around $11,000 of which we received a $5,000 down payment.   When the total amount was unable to be satisfied, the previous service manager worked with you and released the vehicle with only $7,000 of the $11,000 bill being paid.  The advisor was informed that more work would need to be done but said you didn't want to spend any more money and had originally stated that you just wanted the vehicle drivable, which is noted on the original repair order.  The alignment was performed correctly despite the tabs being folded over as part of the damage caused by the original accident the vehicle was in.  The tabs assist in using the eccentric style bolts to adjust toe, but are easily worked around when they have damage, which isn't uncommon, and we perform alignments for customers despite this damage when they are unable to afford full subframe replacement.  When the vehicle left our dealership, it was driving straight and in specification.   With that said we will not take any responsibility for further repairs requested.

We have attached the previous repair bill showing the cost of approved repairs as well as the balance that was left unpaid of the repair order for your records.

On 10/20/22, my granddaughter took my Honda Civic to have the battery / alternator looked at. This was the same issue we had in June of 2021 when they replaced the battery because they said it was a battery issue. We have to charge the battery daily, no matter how long she drives the car daily. After the appointment today, they said it was the battery again. The battery is only a little over a year old and has a 3 year warranty. They told her she would have to pay for the battery because it was not under warranty since the battery was replaced using our bumper to bumper warranty last June. They wanted her to buy a new battery and would not honor the actual battery warranty. If a battery has a warranty, how can they not honor it. Also, something has to be causing the issue with the car draining the battery and they should have fixed this problem last year when it was under the bumper to bumper warranty. But they said it was the battery. Whats causing the battery to drain constantly? They said it was the battery again today. I want the car totally looked at and want them to find what is causing it to drain the battery and want this covered under the original warranty since they should have found this issue when it was under warranty. And if it is the battery as they say, the battery should be no cost since it is under a battery warranty.

We apologize for the issues you are experiencing with your Honda battery. Battison Honda adheres to warranty guidelines put in place by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the battery was replaced under the original 3-year, 36,000-mile factory warranty, which has now expired. As a courtesy, I have reached out to Honda on your behalf, and they are willing to do a one-time goodwill gesture to cover the cost of replacing the battery.  At that time, we would be happy to have a master technician look over your vehicle to ensure you received the correct diagnosis. Please call to schedule an appointment to ensure the Master Technician will be available when you bring the vehicle in for service. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me directly.

    Thank you!

I purchased a 2015 ****** ********* from battison Honda from a salesman named Demeko on 5/30/22.he told me I had 3 days to return/exchange the vehicle. He also told me that it had a 30 day warranty that came with the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle I mentioned to demeko that the vehicle was pulling to the right. When we got back who spoke tosomeone in the back and came back saying that there were no problems with the alignment during inspection. I drove the car home that day I noticed the car was still pulling so I called him and notified him it was pulling to the right. He said the soonest I could bring it in was Saturday the 4th (6/4/22) putting just outside the 3 day return agreement. During that time I noticed the car would shake when braking, which felt very unsafe, the cars windshield wipers were leaving streaks the could not be cleaned off and the car had tons of bad touch up spots.I brought the car in thinking they would fix the issues. I got a call back saying they could not approve the windshield wipers that it was too expensive. But the approved the brakes and alignment. The alignment did not fix the issue with the car pulling to the right. It actually made it worse, which means the tires are badly worn. I replaced the windshield wipers and the headlights. The streaks still stayed.I brought this to demekos attention and he adressed his used sales manager with the problems. *** was the used sales manager and he refused to fix any and all of the problems. He refused to give me a yes or no answer. He was very rude and disrespectful and made me feel stupid and was very belittling. He would ask questions and before I could answer he would mimic an answer then claim that was my answer. I felt bullied. I traded in a 2015 Silverado for $33k and put down $2k on the ********* which was financed for $21500. I would like this company to fix the issues with the car they sold me or give me back the difference in what I put down on the car.
