      If I could warn anyone they will take advantage of you my second car will be the last; tell me how a 2013 Veloster is worth 26k to yall when everyone has it for 7-8k max; they will prey on the poor and vulnerable if you can stay far away from this place; they do shady business

      DON’ T BUY FROM HERE! I’ve had this car for only month and the car is having mechanical issues. Dropped off the car to be fixed and it seems like the car is in worse shape than when I dropped it off. One of the issues that I dropped it off for has yet to be fixed. Called the warranty department to only be told that the new problem won’t covered under my warranty. I wouldn’t wish a car from this place on my worst enemy!

      I went to express credit auto when my car broke down and my credit wasnt so good. I bought a 2017 ****** Sentra in ***************************************************************** mechanically (just general maintenance). I tried several times to trade in my car to other dealerships as I dont like making bi-weekly payments nor my interest rate being 19% but I couldnt get approved anywhere as I was upside down. I went back to express credit auto December 2024 and traded my car in for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The night I signed the contract and drove it off the lot, the engine light came on. I took it in the next day and they fixed a hole in the evac system. I went to pick it up a few days later and I hadnt even drove it off the lot before the engine light came back on. They then found another hole in the evac system. After picking it up 12/20, the engine light came back on the next day. Now it is having issues with starting and the headlights going out. After waiting for a loaner to drive while my car is being serviced, I dropped it off 1/3, and the starter went out on the loaner they gave me the same day I got it while we were out of town. We had to get a hotel and take a **** back from **********. I have reached out to the dealership several times contacting the warranty department, sales, finance, and emailing the email the gave me ******* all in order to get in a new car in order for them to make this right and still I have not been able to get into contact anyone. Mad is a UNDERSTATEMENT and I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone!!

      ***** at Express Credit Auto in ********* is great! We just bought another vehicle from her. Highly recommend her she is the best and makes the process so easy. This is my 4th car with them and I know some people have issues with them but we have never had a problem with them at all. Only problem I had was once my airbag light was on and the warranty department fixed it and got me back on the road. I have recommended them to friends and family who have also gotten cars from them with no issues.

      I don't know if it's INCOMPITENCE OR INEPTITUDE, but, you would think that, after all these years that they would know how to fix a car.I sent them a message that said: I need for someone from your corporate office to contact me, as soon as possible. I am having trouble with your ******************** AGAIN.I purchased my car from you this past January. It has been in the ******************* 8 TIMES since I bought it, FOR THE SAME REASON. The **** was SUPPOSED to have been replaced, SEVERAL times now. Then it wasn't "installed correctly". I don't know about you guys, but I seriously do not have the time to take my car into the shop every other week.The last time that I had my car in there was the week before this past Labor Day. I picked up my car because, they, supposedly, had fixed the problem. However, when I picked it up, AGAIN, the **** light was on AGAIN, STILL, SOME MORE! I showed it to ****** and he told me that they were very short handed right then because, one of the front office employees was on Maternity Leave and was due back on Tuesday, after Labor Day.So, this morning, 9/16/2024, almost 2 weeks AFTER ****** told me that he would call me, I went into the office, due to the office because, ****** could never manage to call me back. And, yes, I do have my PERSONAL SIURVEILANCE Video to prove this.****** told me, AGAIN, that they're a "drop off only" service and that they "don't loan out cars".Now, this is very sad, due to the fact that, not only has he "loaned" me a car before, FOR THE EXACT SAME CAR PROBLEM, but I've seen them "loaning" cars to other people, also.All I ask for is professionalism. It's very sad after 30 years of doing business with your company that you guys have still not got it!************** LONG TIME CUSTOMER PS: If you would like, I'm sure that the BBB will give you a copy of the complaint.I'm sure that this is 1 of many complaints.

      This place is truly the worst. They prey on poor ppl and ppl in bad situations. AVOID at all costs, its truly not worth it. Save up and go somewhere else because you end up paying for triple for a POS car that doesnt even run. They show no remorse and are unwilling to work with you! The ONLY reason they have any kind of good reviews is because they give you a discount if you give them a good review on good or ********.

      I bought a car awhile ago while driving the engine messed up causing me to get really hurt I called to have car towed and was hung up on police had the car towed to place I can't afford to get it out I've been waiting 2 days for express credit auto insurance to call and have not received a phone call I am at a loss as to what to do

      Don't ever finance with these people! I had been in a car accident (not my fault) but the car still worked and was drivable. Well my car payment comes due, and I'm told I can't make my car payment and needed to call thier claims department. So this department is EXTREMELY hard to reach and rarely if any get back to you. This goes on for over a month of me calling, leaving VM and what not. My car ends up getting turned off (as it does if you don't make your car payment) which may I add is every 2 WEEKS! If that's not bad enough already. So I had repairs scheduled to be done at thier body shop on a Monday. Well now my car is off and I can't move it to get it to them. I called them and they tell me they can't come get it and can't do anything with it because of the stupid claims hold. Dude! I've cleared everything up with the car insurance company, they were prepared to write the check to Drexel and everything. I called every department, every prompt, left as many VM as I could. Noone could help me. This whole situation was a COMPLETE nightmare. So I just decided to have the finance department schedule for a voluntary repo, which they could actually help me with. This has completely ruined any future business with them or any dealership from here on. I'm extremely dissatisfied with they way I was treated. Please don't even bother looking in these people direction. They will s**** you over!
