I purchased a used car from this dealer. He informed me the car was in great shape and didn’t need any work done. He told me that all the fluids were brand new and the car was good to go. We test drove it together and I asked him if I could take it to a mechanic shop nearby to have to looked over. He agreed and I went up to the shop door. After realizing the mechanics were not in the shop we headed back to the car and I was searching for another mechanic. In what I assume to be a rush to get back to the “dealership” to help another customer who arrived shorty after me, he told me that the shop we happened to be at which was very close to his “dealership” were people who had already looked at this car and check over all his used cars before he sells them. I purchased the vehicle and just days later the vehicle was having major issues starting and an influx of issues shifting from Park to Reverse and Reverse to Drive.. etc. After having a mechanic look over the car I was told that the car not only needed a “tune up” but it also needed work on the spark plugs and transmission, adding up to a hefty bill, when I haven’t even owned the car a few weeks. In fact I have had the car such a short amount of time I still have not been sent the title to my vehicle by the dealership. The car was also completely out of coolant which baffled both the mechanics and I as the coolant had supposedly been “changed and filled” according the salesman just a couple miles earlier. Please be wary when dealing with this dealership and make sure to get the car thoroughly checked out by a mechanic no matter what the salesman tells you. When I did try to contact the salesman about the new found issues in the car that were previously lied about he got very upset with me and was telling me to “stop bothering him” and that this is “normal maintenance” I am responsible for and that I “need to stop bothering him and take care of my car” He was very dismissive about the empty coolant reservoir and the much needed “tune up” and work with the spark plugs and transmission. He told me non of these issues were present when he had the car at his “dealership” but when I asked for the info of the mechanics who supposedly looked over my car he got very upset and kept telling me he never said that and he is the only one who looked over the car. Please be careful who you deal with
