    I purchased a vehicle from Savers Auto LLC, on 6/12/2023. On 6/15/2023, I started having issues with the car. The car wouldn't accelerate as if it was losing power. On 6/18/2023, the car wouldn't start. I was informed it was the starter. He came out battery post was lose. He reset the car, I continued to have issues with the car and it was a back and fourth situation. I informed them I would put the car in the shop, because it had almost been a month of trying to figure out what was wrong with the car. In, the process I'm missing work their only available during my work hours, and I'm spending to much money on rides and uber. The shop recommends a new transmissions because it is something with the transmission. I informed them, I don't think it needs a new transmission, But I need to know what's wrong. I dropped my car of at Savers Auto LLC, with 80 miles of gas, when I returned to pick it up it had 63 miles remaining. The car was drove 17 miles, there was no effort to find out what was wrong with my car. I explained to them they would have to drive the vehicle continuously to see the issues. After all the back and forth, I asked if I could return the car and receive a refund. I was told no I bought the car as is. I could pick another car or they could release the lien. I bought the car I wanted. I was in search for a particular car. I asked for the lien release. I paid **** down and one payment of 200. Car diagnostic ******, lost wages from work estimated 285. Transportation fees during this month time frame estimated 125. ****** quoted me **** for a transmission.
