    After receiving the legal documents to lower interest and pay back retro interest due to the **** back in November 2024. They changed the interest correct but when reaching out about the *****+ dollars owed they will not answer phone calls, emails, or any time of communications. On top of this. They have tried to violate ***** to gain information on income.

    We did lower the interest rate to 6% after being notified about the borrower becoming active duty.   We are under no obligation to change the payment only the interest rate.  The lower interest will result in shorter term, thus pay off quicker.   HIPPA only applies to medical documentation, and we asked for income verification because the borrower requested a deferral and that is our standard policy to get updated information on the account.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    According to SCRA we are owed retro interest from the time I became active duty. Which is the interest difference between the 16% that was paid and the 6% dating back to May 2023. 
    this is what we are requesting.

    i was not referring to the deferral documents. The girl ******* who Ive been dealing with has been more than helpful with the deferral and frankly the best service weve had since 2022. I was regarding questions and a complete grilling from our the previous customer service agent **** who is no longer on our account as of the day I sent the original complaint. Theres not way to take back the complaint once ******* reached out however ******* cant do anything about the retro interest without reaching up to higher **** So I took it into my own hands because this is the most action its gotten since November 2024. Before the other day NO ONE would call or text or email back.

    Bought a car from the 04/22 had a recall on it from 2016 for a towlink issue. Made my first payment waited on the dealership to call me to get be in for this recall to be fixed never heard anything from them. Come to my next payment I missed it got into contact with honey badger to explain why I was told who cares by a girl named *****.

    I purchased a vehicle from Seth Wadley Auto Connection in October of 2021, at which time the air conditioning did not work, I brought the vehicle back to them and they installed a new A/C compressor and charged me the 100 dollar deductible to fix the A/C under warranty. When they originally told me they would fix it at no cost, after that it quit working 2 weeks after the repair I called multiple times, and never got a response, I am an ASE certified technician and diagnosed the problem as the condenser fan and condenser which I paid for out of my pocket to fix, and after that the A/C blew cool air and not cold, so yesterday The air quit altogether and the freon leaked out, the A/C has been an issue since ai have had the car!! My wife has medical issues that require her to ride in a vehicle with working A/C, they don't offer loaner vehicles, so I can't work while it's down, and have spent several hundred dollars repairing what they should have fixed originally and it still has issues that it had from day 1, Everyone acts like it's not their problem, and show no sympathy,I have made every payment on time!!! For a car that is costing me 3 times more then it is worth!!

    *************************** purchased this 2014 Chevrolet Sonic with 110k miles from Seth Wadley Auto Connection in October 2021.

     

    In March 2022, with 126k miles, warranty covered the replacement of a/c compressor, a/c kit, and ******* valve with a $100 deductible.

     

    In October 2023, with 200k miles, we replaced timing belt, coil packs, and spark plugs.

    This wasnt covered by warranty, but we discounted labor by 50% and the customer paid $313.

     

    Now, not sure how many miles the vehicle has, but at the very least, after 75k additional miles since the a/c was fixed,

    the customer complaints the a/c is not working. 

     

    We would be more than happy to diagnose the vehicle and see If its due to a component covered by warranty

    or how much it would cost the customer to pay for the repairs.

     

    We have to be given an opportunity to fix the vehicle and cant just pay for what the customer spends to repair.

    I had the truck since may. In September I took it to them and they said nothing was wrong and sent me on my way they finally set a tow truck to pick it up in October. October 4th and have had it untill December 28. I kept paying. As of the 28th of December I got a call to sign it back over to the financial company. But I they refuse to refund me. I have paid over ******** rollers to them and they had it for over 2.5 months. Never once did I get a phone call from them.. I called multiple times left messages and nothing.. I deserve at least to be refunded for the months they had it with no contact..

    They have had my truck since October 4th for an issue. Now I'm being told that it's not covered by warranty.. when my warranty covers the motor.. when this first happened I got a call from the shop they took it to saying **** wadley had not paid there warranty premium.. I have been given nothing but the run around.. I was with out a car until right before Thanksgiving when I got a loaner which I'm thankful for.. but this is now. December 7 and nothing has been done.. the only way I have found out anything is by calling multiple times.. this is not the only time I have had problems with them.. I was stuck in this vehicle because the original truck I choose needed a part that was said to be on international back order.. I am still Making my payments of over ****** and getting know where.

    This is the second complaint. I bought a 2013 Challenger on 1/3/22. Immediately had issues. Had it serviced in May with issues wit air conditioner and fuse blowing continuous. After filing BBB complaint they did pay for the entire bill. I was happy. Picked up my car June 2nd. Issues with air and fuse again in August. They transfered me all around again and I finally just took it and dropped it off end of September. They say it will be $1500 for repairs and extended warranty will not cover any of it. This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned and it is not safe. Because if the fuse blowing I was stuck in traffic on the highway and the fire department and police had to surround me until we could get it off the road. I definitely feel I should not be responsible for repairs as they sold me this car in this shape. Worst experience with a dealer ever. I would rather have another vehicle but I for sure am not responsible for paying for the repairs. They also continuously lie about a loaner vehicle that they have never provided. This has given me issues getting to work.

    I am rejecting this response because:That does not resolve the issue of repair cost or how long until the car will be repaired.  I had to call again today to get an update on when the car will be repaired and I was told the parts are ordered. When I asked an ETA I was told "it could take a long time , they will get here when they get here" I am still without a vehicle when I was promised by the salesman Ken that I would get a loner if the car went in for repairs. I find the entire experience with Seth Wadley unacceptable.

    Honey Badger financed a car for me from Seth Wadly Auto Connection. The vehicle needed repairs that Seth Wadly Ford dealership was doing. While the vehicle was was being repairs the finance company contacted me and was so rude. I then went to Honey Badger office to get it strait with them and spoke with a lady named Carissa she let me know that she would postpone my payment until June 10 and which I made on June 10. The vehicle was still being fixed the next month it came due. Today I spoke with Carissa and she said that my first payment was in default because she had to rewrite the contract. I made my first payment on June 10. She said that I lost my payment and they were going to report the loaner vehicle stolen if it was not brought back today and she was going to contact their attorney. They took the vehicle today and it had personal belongings in it.

    The loan was opened 4/30/2022 with Honey Badger Financial.    After that the auto needed to be put in for service and ******************* was provided with a loaner vehicle.   The vehicle was repaired at the cost of Seth Wadley Auto Connection.  When ******************* came to pick up the vehicle he did not like the way the vehicle was repaired.  We asked numerous times for our loaner to be brought back over a period of weeks and it was never returned so we had to go get the vehicle.  ******************* is demanding a refund on his payment and other costs but as of todays date has not provided us with any invoices for which we could even look at issuing a refund.  

     

    We are in now possession of the vehicle he purchased and the loaner.   If ******************* would provide us with the invoices he requests reimbursement we would be happy to look at that avenue to reach a satisfactory settlement.

     

    We will also need ******************* sign a relinquishment of collateral on the vehicle he purchased and we can correct any reporting on his credit in reference to this transaction.

    I financed a car from Seth wadley auto connection and never received the title. When I went back to get the car after being serviced the first time they issued me a new paper tag. But I did not take the car due to the car running worse than when I bought it. When I had the vehicle after purchasing there was a hail storm. They Geico adjuster had to do the estimate at the dealership because it was being worked on and he didnt understand why the vehicle was in someone elses name and I purchased it in April.

    This dealer sold me this car and has not since produced the title. At first I was told they could not send me the title untill I drove down there so they could do a vin inspection. This should have been done before they sold it to me. Next I was told if I drove down for the inspection they would hand me the title in the show room. This was not what ended up happening. As of today on 6/17/2022 i still have not recieved the title, and this will be my fourth paper tag. The last time I called I was told they couldn't get me the title because the state was out of paper to print them. My sister called the oklahoma tax commission and spoke to a lady in the motor vehicle department to confirm this and was told the dealer could in fact get the title but that there was a paper shortage so there is an eight to twelve week turn around time. I keep getting the run around and they have my car more than I do because it's always broke down. its currently in their shop they originally said it would be covered under warranty and now it is going to cost thousands of dollars to fix. They won't answer my calls but they will talk to my mom about all of this when she isn't even on the paperwork. Something needs to be done because this is so unprofessional.
