      In October of 2023 I dropped my Chrysler 2006 300 off to replace a water pump on it they told me before I dropped it off it would be a couple days work an then would get it back the price was $1500 to repair the water pump. They never called within the first week so I called they said there was a malfunction with the water pump they had in stock , they was wanting on a new one to come in that 3 months before they said it finally came in there reason for why it took so long was because they had workers on strike. Finally I called they said the water pump had arrived an they was getting to the car still never got a call back so I called an they gave me the run around about my car then finally about a week later she calls saying that my oil an coolant are mixing an that my engine wouldnt even make it outta there shop without replacing the gasket so that took the price to $2,500 I told them I just wanted to come get my car she said I would have to pay the price for the water pump even if I didnt get it inside the water pump was only $300 but there trying to charge me $900 to come get the car back when they didnt even repair anything all they did was mess my car up more there was no problems with the engine or oil an coolant mixing before I dropped it off everything was clean it still ran an everything now there trying to give me car back for $900 with a bad engine that wont even make it outta there I just want my car back.

      December 6,2023 Previous vehicle purchased from sethwadley was wrecked total loss of the vehicle. They wont refund any of the extended car warranty.Plus fast tracked under duress put us in another car that Im to tall for and I get blinded while driving by oncoming traffic due to low ride height, this was all told to them, plus we wanted another 4x4 or all wheel drive that had the same ride height as the ************************************************************** a front wheel drive car that is uncomfortable to drive as my head is about 4 inches or less from the roof of the vehicle and I get blinded by all oncoming traffic when driving at night.They also charge additional fees to financial institutions, such as the extended car warranties and gap insurance. They tried to claim that stuff was being paid over time I know better, they got all that paid upfront by the financial institution.The finance department that put us in the new car we dont like at all, tried to charge us the same extended car warranty on a car that its not even needed for and said that is the cheapest extended car warranty they ever sold and that is a 3500$ extended car warranty, so I am now wondering how much they have been charging other people. We arent even financed for the new car all I have seen are denial letters and they are wrecking havoc on my credit score. We have like 27 hard inquiries on our credit score we originally had like 7 when we got the jeep back in may 2023. Im ready to take this unwanted car back to them and hand them the keys, on top of all of that they are wanting to get us to 609$ a month on an unwanted car that is uncomfortable to drive. We havent even seen the title and it has been 5 weeks now.

      Mr. ****** CAME TO STORE AND HAD TOTALED HIS CAR. HE TEST DROVE THE BUICK AND DECIDED IT WOULD MEET ALL THEIR NEEDS, THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE VEHICLE AGREED TO PAYMENTS AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. WE INFORMED HIM HE WOULDNT GET ANY FUNDS BACK FOR CANCELING HIS WARRANTY ON THE TOTALED VEHICLE AS THAT WOULD GO TO THE BALANCE OF HIS LOAN AND I PERSONALLY HELPED HIM AND HIS WIFE FILE THE *** CLAIM IN MY OFFICE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE A SCANNER. HIS DEAL IS FUNDED, HOWEVER HIS CREIDT WAS NOT GOOD AND WE TRIED TO GET HIM A BETTER DEAL.

      I am rejecting this response because: there was only half truths told, and I personally never test drove this Buick. On top of that ride height is a very important factor for and the financial institution, as it can be mean the life and death of the consumer and the consumer family and the loss of the financial institutions investment. I have complained about these issues since December 6th 2023.

      My wife and I went to ***************************** Dodge to purchase a vehicle big enough to carry our kids in due to have ****** children through the state. They showed us a 2020 **** Expedition that seemed to be what we needed. Upon completing paperwork to purchase the vehicle they came to us saying that the vehicle couldnt be sold due to a lemon law. So they showed us a 2018 **** Expedition with ****** miles on it. I agreed to purchase the vehicle only if it had a warranty and they agreed to a five year bumper to bumper power train warranty. So we made the deal. After having the vehicle for around a month the check engine light and oil light came on and the vehicle was parked. My wife had just received a text from ***************************** asking how things were going so she let them know what had happened and they advised her to bring it in and they would get it checked out. She took it to them and they said they would let her know something as soon as possible.***************************** has now had the vehicle for over five weeks and had called to tell us that they will not cover the warranty and that in order to fix it I have to pay $4000. ***************************** has already been paid for they vehicle plus the add on warranties through a separate lending company and are refusing to render services that are paid for.

      In March of 2021 my family and I needed a new vehicle that was reliable and big enough for our growing family. We were referred to go to ***************************** Auto Connection of ************ and we did. We found an 08 pathfinder, and decided that was our vehicle. When we were in office making the purchase, their sales man **** had told us about this great warranty that is bumper to bumper covering everything if the vehicle needs work, we agreed that it was a good idea to add that since the car was older. Upon purchasing, not even a month later the vehicle ended ** in the shop with hundreds of dollars worth of repairs needed. We were promised a loaner car through ***************************** and they said they cant give loaner vehicles anymore, so I was stuck with a newborn baby who required many trips to doctor due to illness and 2 kids to get to school and no car. Finally 2 weeks later we got our car back hoping it would be fixed completely and back to shop it went. Repeating this process every other month for 16 months, the warranty never covered anything. We were sold a lemon and they knew it. I called and called crying begging for them to help us resolve this since we were paying non stop mechanic fees and a Extra for a warranty that didnt even cover anything on the vehicle. Not one person at that shop would call me back or they would tell me they were going to call before end of the day and never did. They knew what they did to make a sale and just did dirty business. I now have a repo on my credit due to having to make the choice to give the vehicle up because I cant afford the 8 thousand dollar repair needed on a 3 thousand dollar car. What a bunch a crooks! Dont buy from ***************************** Auto Connection!

      I purchased a 2007 dodge ram 3500 diesal truck from Seth wadley Ford lincoln. In their facebook post it stated it was in great condition and that it had been well maintained. It also stated that their price was $16,900 before financing. Well when I signed my contract I noticed it said $25000 cash before financing and they told me it was what they had to do because of my credit and financing. But I believe it is fraud to say price is one thing and then switch to another before you even add in financing. It's also fraud to say a truck is in great condition with no issues and then that's a lie. When we drove it off of the lot it only made it 20 minutes down the road before it over heated and died. It became not drivable. I called and they had a tow truck pick it up and gave me a loaner truck for a week until they fixed the issues with the truck. They called me today august 5 the 22 to pick up my vehicle. Well the check engine light was on and throwing out 3 codes for electrical and power train issues. When we wanted it fixed they gave me 3 options. 1 take the truck back as is. 2 leave the truck and them not fix it and me not get a refund or 3 put more money down and trade in for a newer truck. They told me that I was lucky that they did any work on it as in Oklahoma they are not required to with used cars. I ended up taking the truck home and am writing this review and contacting the appropriate authorities to get this resolved. Because yes Oklahoma doesn't have lemon laws for used cars but there are laws on fraud and misrepresentation.
