    **** sent this subcontractor out to bury pipe for a main fiber line. The crew consist of one adult and 18 to 21-year-old kids doing horizontal directional drilling with an auger drill bit. They hit our main natural gas pipeline on our backyard, which took ONG into the late hours to fix. The gas markers were clearly all there, and they still went right through it with an auger bit. They also hit our sprinkler system pipes and our fiber line that was already running to our house. I told them numerous times there was no reason to be digging or drilling in our yard because we already had a fiber line running to our unit. This company is absolute trash. Lots of damage done for absolutely no reason. Very careless.

    Our company does not get to pick and choose where we lay fiber.  We are given prints to work off of with the scope of work pre determined.  There are numerous people that tell us we shouldnt be in their back yards but that still doesnt change where we have to go.   If there is any sprinkler damage we have a repair man that comes out and fixes any issues and we are then billed for his services.   As with all underground utility work it is hard to see what you are doing, we can only do so much and follow procedures to prevent accidents then follow procedures when accidents occur.   Thank you for your feedback.

    Diamond S Construction Services LLC was Hired on 9/16 to pour 3 concrete pads. 72x80 20x50 24 diameter slab Total job was for $67,000. On 10/13/22 they poured the 72x80 and the 20x50 pad. Never returned to pour the 24 diameter slab. Several days after the 72x80 and the 20x50 pad were poured, The Concrete company Dolese Concrete and the concrete finishers contacted me as Diamond S Construction never paid them for there services. Diamond S Construction Services LLC will not respond to myself, the concrete finishers or Dolese Concrete after relentless attempts. The Concrete finishers and Dolese Concrete are now pursuing legal action against me for non payment even though we paid Diamond S Construction Services LLC in Full. Chris Smith and Lacey Kae Benn are scam artists. Sun Contractors, builders and Home Owners Beware.
