    This account has been validated twice  05/2022 and revalidated 11/13/24  We have rec'd over 15 dispute letters from her.

    This was marked disputed on her credit.  Please see attached signed lease.  We have a contract with our client.

    Please see attachment as there isn't enough characters to write down here . I am also rejecting this because the company has failed to provide  all chain of assignments, any proof of securitization. Please see my attachment of the original validation letter requesting these things.

    by sending ** ****** a copy of the signed lease and Copy of all charges on 08/06/24

    We marked his credit file disputed

    He disputed in April of 2020 We validated and mailed him the itemized bill and copy of signed lease.  The address he gave us on the dispute

    came back.  Please find attached what we sent to him April/2020

    His Credit file was marked disputed at that time.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The contract between ******* and ********************* provided by CBSA Collections is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 6801 B (3). CBSA does not have authorized access to such records. ******* did not provide clear disclosure that my information and records would be shared or sold to a 3rd party as required by 15 U.S. Code 6803. I have not entered into a contract with CBSA Collections. And again wish to have them removed from my consumer report.

    Again I am not in debt to CBSA 15U.S. Code 6801 B (3). CBSA does not have authorized access to such records.
    ******* did not provide clear disclosure that my information and records would
    be shared or sold to a 3rd party as required by 15 U.S. Code 6803. Nor did they provide the appropriate disclosure or opt out agreement as required.

    CBSA is in danger of violating my rights and committing Aggravated Identity Theft as stated in 18 U.S.C.1028(a)(1)knowingly and without lawful authority produces an identification document, authentication feature, or a false identification document.

    Again Please remove their account from my records.

    we have spoken with them several times in the last 3 years.  They do not want to pay the collection fee which TCC lifted $227.63

    haven't been able to reach him since 11/29/23

    This acct was disputed ********.  His credit report was marked disputed and the signed lease and itemized of the account was sent 

    to him 10.2.20. Since then we have not heard a word from him about what on the itemized he disputed.  He has sent a dispute 4 times since with no new

    information.

    ***************** started  sending us letters of dispute 09/15/20.  We sent him a copy of the signed lease and itemized of charges 10/02/20.  We also marked his credit file disputed

    We have recd a total of 10 dispute letters including 1 09/07/23.  We will send again today.

    I have been trying to reach CBSA for the past two days to pay an old debt. I have left voicemails all during their normal business hours and have not received a call back. Please I just want to pay the bill and move on with my life.
