      It's been over 2 months since I filed a claim and submitted all the documents they required. ***************** report, device Checklist and ID)... they told me they called the store where I purchased the phone at and have not been able to speak to someone on the phone from that store and that they can't process the claim. I don't understand what that has to do with me if you can't get someone on the phone. My friend told me about a credit card from WF, that provides free phone insurance if you pay your telephone bill with your credit card (that way they verify ownership of your device automatically through your phone bill. Smart). Will be canceling my policy with this company, and get a WF credit card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INSURANCE. They are a scam. As for me, I'll be filing a civil law suit for breach of contract and bad faith, and will make sure I share my experience with them on the local news and have my brother in law write an article about them. His editor loves these kinds of stories. If it can prevent potential people from being scammed, that would be at least something good coming out of this whole thing

      Worse levels insurance company.lied about not being able to draft automatically my premium payment for two months.only gave customers 14 days to respond about suspected missed draft from bank.only covers one electronic device.rude,abusive customer service.

      We do apologize for any confusion, however as there have been 5 prior failed payments since 2021 for the same policy that were made-up and the policy reactivated without a lapse in coverage, we felt you were well familiar with the process. If a policy holder does not contact our offices in regards to a failed payment within 30 days, then a new policy would need to be purchased. There is a 30 day timeframe to correct the payment, not 14 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a service without receiving a payment. Each of our policies are serial number specific, and therefore each device does have it's own policy. We apologize if you did not have a good experience with our customer service, as we pride ourselves on our level of courtesy and assistance that we provide our customers.

      HORRIBLE MANAGING. VERY MISLEAD INTO A CONTRACT. THEY LIED AND DIDNT FOLLOW THEIR POLICY PER RETURNING MY CLAIM REQUEST. THEY ALSO KNOWINGLY MOCKED, SHAMED, AND TORMENTED ME AFTER I STATED MY BRAIN INJURY, AND SEVERE BI POLAR.

      I do apologize for any confusion regarding your policy or your past communications. We do not allow our staff to be harassed, berated, or verbally assaulted. Due to this, your policy was cancelled on 3/1/2023 and no further communication will be needed. In regards to your submitted claim, as we have discussed, you disposed of your property. Unfortunately, there is no evidence of the damages nor ability to estimate a cost of repair. Your claim was denied due to these issues.

      I was misrepresented and ********* was for **** the cost for a ******* galaxy s22 ultra. So ?? that's a estimate. And sir I have every convo recorded and screenshots of the violation, and the exploiting of mental illness. "YOU STATED "I HEARD YOU WHILE ON HOLD"???? YOU A MANAGER BBB PLEASE ESCALTE THIS CASE I HAVE EVERY RECORDING OF THIS MAN MENTALLY TORTURING, AND LYING TO ME. OF COURSE I WAS UPSET I PAID FOR INSURANCE FOR RID OF OTHER INSURANCE AND TRUSTED WORTH ON THE BEHALF OF PROGRESSIVE AUTO INSURANCE. STOP USING ME BEING UPSET FOR A EXCUSE TO CANCEL, LIE AND BE IGNORANT TO ME. PLEASE ********* THIS BBBI WILL BE IN CONTACT.

      DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. I used to have phone insurance with Asurion when i was with ATT. i switched to Tmobile and the premium there was higher. So I got insurance from this company instead and paid $85 for the year. 9 months later, my phone get lost/stolen at the mall. It has been 2 weeks now. My adjuster Breighdun ***** is taking all her time to handle the process. she responds to emails once a week. Today i received a bunch of stuffs that they say they require to process the claim and they even add that they do not take pictures of the stuffs they require. They want the actual stuffs to be mailed. I understood from all this that they are trying to make the process extremely difficult and time consuming so that it would discourage you. It is a common strategy used by dishonest insurance companies. They didnt ask you for those information when you got the policy. Below is what they asked:Step 1: Proof of ownership: We require proof of ownership for your property. We require an actual receipt and cannot accept pictures as proof of ownership. Please scan and email a copy, fax, or mail them to the claims department as soon as possible.Step 2: *********** report: We require a full copy of your official police report be sent to our offices for review. This will include all narratives, investigative findings, involved parties, and claimed property.Step 3: Electronic Device Checklist: Attached in a Following email.Step 4: Copy of a valid and current photo ID Next time, i will **** it up and keep my insurance under my mobile plan. BUYER BEWARE. GET IT FROM YOUR MOBILE CARRIER. This insurance does not even care about how soon you are able to get a new device. They their best not to honor the policy

      We had to file a claim when my college student dropped and damaged her Macbook pro. It took less than 5 min to file the claim and within 24 hours *************************** our adjuster had our claim started and the day I submitted the repair estimate she approved the claim. I have never had an adjuster process something as easy as *************************** made this NOR as QUICKLY! excellent customer service!

      I've had this insurance company for various years, and unfortunately I've had to file a few cell phone claims due to theft or whatever the case might have been at that time. First of all, you do save a few dollars per month vs having insurance with your phone company. Second of all, if you do have to file a claim, the adjuster will low ball your phone, and provide a quote based on someone selling a phone through ***** My phones have always been expensive, and I have always purchased them though the phone company. And we all know that now a days most phones cost around $1,100+. Well like I stated above when I've had to unfortunately file a claim, they have provided very low quotes based on sellers from **** instead of going through the cell phone company directly or provide a price quote the phone's manufacturer. In addition to the low quotes provided the company also takes about a month or two to resolve your claim. In the meantime leaving you on your own to replace your phone. I honestly do not like wasting my time, leaving bad reviews, but I just wanted to give an honest review based on my experiences with this company. Like the saying goes you get what you paid for, and I wanted to save a few dollars per month. But ****** learned I now pay a bit extra, and use my phone company's insurance instead of a 3rd party.

      I was very pleased with my experience. The adjustor communicated with me and promptly responded to my questions. She was able to guide me through the claims process. I received a fair amount for my damaged device in a timely manner.

      I sent my Ipad Pro to them because Of accidental drop and the screen pops out little bit from the case which a small space is visible but its all functioning well when you touch the screen and moves as the way it is with No cracks or lines in the screens just sometimes it frozed and thats it No water damage and always carry my Ipad anytime with my Bag and Case suited and before I send it I even took extra picture and video but the adjuster kept telling me its water damaged and cannot be covered and I will need to sent it to another shop with my own expense and the worse part is I received my Ipad from them with Unresponsive screen and lines everywhere, I mailed my Ipad around March 16 and received it April 13 and in my practice I always took pictures before sending and receiving the items as part of my transparency . I insured my Ipad because because I used it at work and always on the Top of my table to access different parts suppliers I will never know the my Ipad Status until I emailed them for follow up.

Your adjuster reached out to you as the repair facility had notified us of extensive liquid damage. Liquid damage is covered by your policy, but we need to understand how the damage occurred. Your adjuster was unable to obtain any additional information from you. Unfortunately, a claim is unable to be approved without a known incident as detailed in the policy purchased.
