            We'll start with 4 stars; I feel very much assured. Time will tell. I brought my prized 1994 Acura to Mastercraft this morning, February 14, 2022 for repaint - minor repair - estimate made about two months ago. This is not insurance work. They told me to bring it in after the morning rush so that they would have time to discuss the particulars with me for what is almost all paint with little if any body repair. They said two to three weeks but could take a bit longer. My intent in writing this is to let you know how the work proceeds and completes. I will post again as different parts of the job are completed. I believe it is only fair to talk about the process from the beginning. The agreed to price is under $4000 but I made it clear that when I ask about additional things I expect nothing "gratis"; I will gladly pay extra for extra. Let's see how it turns out so other potential customers might get a better feel for how this shop works. I have no relations or"friends" in this shop but do have a fair impression of their intent to do a good job. If they do well, I'd like others to know. We'll start with 4 stars.

            I know I waited a bit too long, but Mastercraft finished my car after about three months - which I initially understood would be the time frame. So here is the simple short and sweet review.

            Amazing work, friendly staff. Everyone who has seen the car are mesmerized. The paint and bodywork is first tier show quality.

            When I told Bill **** I wrote a rave review at BBB he said 'we appreciate it, but we stay so busy we end up referring a lot of business elsewhere' He went further saying 'there is a practical limit to what a single shop can do; if you go beyond that your reputation is at risk.

            Funny how the best in any business are always in demand and stay so busy. Nevertheless I give credit where credit is due.
