      01/11/2024 My name is *******************, I drive a 2014 Dodge Ram ****. While driving on 01/08/2024 the service engine light came on the dash. I was in ************ **. at the time and I took the vehicle to Autozone for them to check what the code was. The employee stated the #3 coil or spark plug wire was not firing. The vehicle was completely driveable and I didn't see anything wrong other than the service engine light was on. 01/11/2024 I called precision tune auto care ************* to ask about tune up prices, He said they would have to do a diagnostic check to know anything, so I drove my truck to their shop at **** S Memorial Dr. ******** ***** Center #***-09. I didn't have a way to drop-off the vehicle and return to work, so I was stuck there waiting on vehicle testing and repairs. The manager approached me and said the test revealed the #2 coil was bad and a gasket needed to be replaced, but to warranty a tune up they have to replace everything, and that would total $802.22. I felt like that was too much but he said he tested the problem and that was the guaranteed fix. Trusting him, I said yes. 3 hours later they released my vehicle to me and I paid with my debit card, the full amount. I returned to work only noticing the service engine light was no longer on, but after work, at 5pm the vehicle ran dangerously bad. I knew this was not going to make the 55 mile drive home so I called the shop back and said not to close the shop and to please give me time to get there. The truck was sputtering and bucking the whole way there, but I made it. The manager checked the engine again and stated that there was a wire harness that had shaken loose and a zip tie could fix the issue. I waited in the shop while they made repairs again, and they later said I was good to go. I drove back to ************. The next morning I left for work and after driving for 45 minutes the check engine light returned and the truck barely ran again. My wife returned the truck and was thrown out.

      I had the worst experience with this company. They were supposed to change my brake pads and front rotors. Instead, they did not do it correctly. As soon as I left my car was making this loud screeching noise and the brake pedal had to be pushed all the way to the floor not to mention this horrible burning smell. I had to take my car back up there 5 minutes later for me to be told they had to bleed my brake lines and that the smell was normal. How/Why would you need to bleed my brake lines on a routine brake pad and rotor job. Another hour later I finally left, and my car was still not fixed. I took it to another place the very next day only to be told none of the work Precision did was done correctly and I would need new front brake pads and rotors again. Rear rotors because the brake pads they put on the rear were put on so tight that it warped my rear rotors and a left front caliper because what they originally did caused more damage. After I already paid Precision ****** I was then told by the new shop that to fix my car was going to be another *******. I called Precision to get something done and was told since the brake pads and rotors were under warranty there was nothing they could do. I said you think I'm going to bring my car up to for a 3rd time so you can completely s**** it up more. I do not think anyone needs to use this company for brakes and rotors nor should this company be allowed to claim they do brakes and rotors. This company has the worst customer service and have no care that they completely screwed my car up and that there was nothing they could do. I warn everyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      We have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. We have a lifetime warranty on brake pads. We are happy to honor our warranty. According to our policies and procedures on the back of our invoice, the warranty is void if someone else works on the vehicle.
