I lived in Tulsa for a few months for work. The apartment complex we stayed in was a quick connect apartment. I was told connect the wifi to the modem that was in the apartment and then call and cancel when I left. I did exactly what I was told. Cox now keeps calling me saying I owe 200 dollars because I didn't return the equipment. Its suppose to stay in the apartment complex because it's a quick connect apartment. I have been trying to resolve this concern for months and it still hasn't been fixed. Cox is the worst internet company I have ever used and should be clear on quick connect system and what to do with them.Business response
