      Worst casino ever! Tightest slots in the state! F*** Muskogee creek nation , people do yourself a favor and drive across town to hardrock or Osage casino bc this Indian casino is a f****** joke!!!! Took exactly 30 minutes to lose $2,000 in a freakin $1 slot.

      11 incidents of racism and discrimination with security. Never seen or had any casino staff or personal tell me face to face white customers have privilege in here with that plivage we have to take they word.

      4/2624 I visited River Spirit Casino my experience and treatment by customer and management staff on that day has left me with feeling disregarded and embarrassed. I came in that day to receive my free gift. I was approached by a customer that I believe was encouraged by staff that accused me of stealing a gift that I provided my ID to receive, out of everyone thats in the casino that is walking around with the same gift I was approached with this accusation. After staff in my presence alerted the customer that their gift was missing.I contacted management to advise them of what happened. The response I got is what has really disappointed me and let me know that if you dont have a certain status are level of playing there you are nothing and will be treated as such by staff I truly believe that I was pointed out to customer by staff because she alerted customer that Management told me the the staff member doesnt recall what happened and the customer admitted that he approached me and accused me but they figured out what happened to the so call missing gift . The nonchalant in the managers voice when telling me that yea I talked to the customer he said he accused you but still come back and play with us. If the role and race and gender was reversed I know for a fact it wouldve been a different story and thats truly how I feel. On top of being embarrassed, disregard lets not forget he let me know he knew actually who the customer was and Im sure he is a regular because I dont play constantly and known by name are face doesnt mean I should be treated as less. River Spirit has cameras everywhere I know they seen everything I said play out exactly how it happened. But who am I just a regular customer that spends my money stay at your hotel eat at your restaurants and get treated like a thief by staff and customers when you have me on camera showing my ID and received my gift by staff. Low roller are just as good as your High rollers treat everyone equally.

      ************,we do all we can to provide a safe environment for our guests to enjoy. When any guest claims someone took property, we do investigate. The guest making the claim identified you. We investigated and found that was not the case. This was based on the patron claim and had nothing to do with your level of play, gender, race or any other criteria. We would do the same for you had you had made such a claim. We do appreciate your patronage and hope to see you again in the future.Thank you.

      Customer service is terrible. The spa changed my appt then charged me when I had to cancel. No I’m room service unless there over three days. Just a joke, there have to be much better places. Tulsa was great this is just not a good reflection for tourism.

We received your review yesterday. First and foremost, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and value each guest that we have the pleasure to serve. I regret that you had issues with your spa appointment. As for servicing your hotel room, it is common practice to offer refresh service to guests staying three nights or more. You can receive service nightly if such a request is made. Your feedback has been passed along to the appropriate departments and we will strive to improve our service.       You want to make the casino a better place but you can’t even respond to the customer reviews that not good business when your customers making your money for you. My husband worked hard to upgrade his card to the emerald green card and was told he doesn’t have enough points on the card when the requirement is 50,000 and that’s what he has on his card if that’s not the requirement then you need to update your system I would appreciate a response from you about this matter Thank you ******** *******

      The hotel is nice but needs more food choices maybe put more in where the visions buffet was rooms need to have microwaves in them and the first desk needs to make sure they let housekeepers know you want your room cleaned
