              Jan 30, 2022, a deal was made with a technician at the Owasso store. She write out the specs and the price which we agreed and paid with a Visa. She claimed it would be completed and ready for pickup 2/2/22. Arriving at the store it was closed. Assuming the impending weather was the culprit I waited until 2/3/22. That day I found out she no longer worked there. The technician now there showed me her copy of the work order. Since she didn't have the processor specifically required and agreed upon, she scribbled through her copy and wrote a processor she had in stock.
              Finally after another seven days, I attempted to pick up the computer to be asked for almost 2x the price. The person I spoke with said he would not refund my money and would only return store credit despite not accepting the computer.
              After a call to the bank, the money will be restored and the company will be forced to return the money.

              We apologize for the inconvenience. We had to immediately terminate the employment of the individual you dealt with. Our district manager will contact you regarding this matter and we will do all we can do make this situation right.

              There is absolutely no truth in this whatsoever. The original person was not there when I went to pick up the computer. I dealt with two other salespeople before being advised it could be picked up at the original store. It was the manager, possibly the owner who refused to make it right. He told me to leave his store. Had it not been for Visa having issues with their bait and switch tactics in the past I would be out a lot of money.
