I purchased window replacement from them, they took several weeks longer than discussed to install, my phone calls were outright rejected until I left a bad google review. Once the windows were installed, 2 cracked the next morning (poor installation) I have a warranty on the windows that they said would cover this. My phone calls have gone ignored for months, 10 months later I have broken windows and no resolution or response.Business response

I had got sick and was hospitalized For two consecutive months, and his repair slipped through the cracks. I do believe the customer was calling my personal cell phone and that was the reason for the lack of communication. Sometimes I'm guilty of using my personal phone, but it is always best to call the office so that way there is quality control, and the calls are monitored to make sure that we heard everything correct and nothing slip through the cracks. There was a $500 balance on the ticket and I have credited to the customer for the inconvenience. I've got somebody going out to the home on Thursday to double verify the sashes that need replaced and we will have that handled as soon as possible. Again, I do apologize and we do appreciate the business that you gave our company. We are here for you in the future if you need anything and we look forward to taking care of the issue. I do want point out that the installation took one day. The windows took about three weeks longer to get in due to manufacturing delays. The cracks on the windows were not there at the time the customer signed off but are under warranty.Initial Complaint

Contact #**** In Oct 2020, Guaranteed Windows and Siding agreed to install my windows. I paid them $18,456 to complete the work. I worked with Corey Mccool <********************************************>. They installed all windows except my guest bathroom window. Initially they told me they did not order it, then they told me they ordered it. As of today, my window has not be installed. My phone calls and texts are being ignored. I want my window installed. Guaranteed windows & Siding OKC ********************************************************************************************* (***)********* Sales Representative Corey Mccool (918) 798-8377 [email protected] Foam insulated fiberglass reinforced Virgin vinyl windows with Energy-star qualified glass and Argon gas. 13 double hung windows ,2 picture windows and 1 slider window . All windows will have a lifetime glass breakage warranty. .Business response

I personally have gone through the call logs and have seen where the customer has made an attempt to reach out . Over the last year and a half we have had some changes in the way that we operate as a company and calls being forwarded to personal cellular phones because of remote working. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will rectify the situation immediately. The customer has had Guaranteed out and we did attempt install that window where it ended up being a double order of the other bathroom window. From time to time this situations happen . I re-ordered the window and due to the manufacturing crisis because of the hurricane in lake Charles Louisiana and the lack of raw materials . This caused a hiccup in timeframe of production for the product which we carry in that line. Guaranteed has the window now, the window took 20 weeks to get in due to the manufacturing delays .
