      Mark B************ lack of customer service with my 89 yr. old father who purchased a flatscreen from Digital Home Concepts and was hung incorrectly and dangerously was appalling. Mark ignored phone calls and told my dad "fix it yourself. It's easy," It cost my dad $119.00 to have it secured on the wall by Video Revolution. Of course, Mark has not reimbursed or responded to multiple phone calls and messages. Buyers beware!
