    They were an hour and a half late delivering the dryer I had purchased with no courtesy call, no apology at all, not even when I mentioned how late they were. I had paid 50.00 for a diagnostic to be done on my washer. The owner turned the washer on & off within 1 minute. Told me to change my speed cycle & if that did not fix it don't call him. I would need to buy a new washer. I said "so I paid 50.00 for nothing?" His response was simply & quickly, "yea." When his solution did not fix it, instead made the problem worse I went to the location to ask why I was told it sounded like the pump had went out before I paid & after I paid it was ignored & made worse the owner & the employee I had previously dealt with both started YELLING at me. Both of them, at the same time, yelling at me! The dryer I purchased makes a squeaking noise, like the belt is going out & I just bought it yesterday. This "business" is unprofessional, rude, unremorseful about anything.
