I am irate with this shady company. They are scammers with shady business practices and do whatever it takes to turn a profit at the expense of others. They pray on people their customers aren't aware of their practice I called in late October to cancel my service instead of canceling my service they switch my service for the winter season as they say, why would I called late October to be put on the winter schedule when it will automatically go to the winter. I live in Oklahoma City where the grass dies in October, and we have ice in January through March. The person who their hire should had ethics to advised this so call business that there no grass to be cut but no they whether to ripe people out their hard-working money in a pandemic. This company have no ethic all. the so-called managers are heartless and do not value their customers or their reputation. This junkie. company sent someone to my home in the middle of an ice storm to cut my grass. I should call before now, but I worked out of state and when I come home, I forget to call because I have a lot of things to take care when I'm in town for short amount time. However, you would think a company with morals and ethics would actually follow up and call me to let me know, do you still need the service even though you don't have grass because their ice on the ground. Once again, I called in late October to cancel the services not to be put on the winter schedule which to means, they knew exactly how to cheap people out of their money. I would like a full refund and the business to be closed forever!
