Business ProfileforSky Hotel

Got a room there, went to get something to eat and when I got back, was confronted by some guy who was weilding a big stick. Come to find out he was sent by hotel staff to have my fiancee and myself go to the front desk to add me as a guest in the room. Didn't know why since I was there when my girl booked the room and wasn't asked any questions so I just kept my mouth shut. We were given two roomkeys and off we went. So I find my fiancee and we head towards the front desk. As we were coming up upon said front desk we noticed a large presence of police (at least three or four) and heard the clerk spelling out my fiancee's last name. Oh boy,our dog suddenly needed to go for a walk really bad. We love him so,without haste,we took him for a walk. Later that evening I went back and my roomkey didn't work nomore. I took it to the front desk and asked them to reprogram the key.(card) They refused said I couldn't go into the room and neither could my girl. Was told when I asked,that management would be there at 9am. I then left and went to retrieve my bicycle that I had locked up near the front of the place. All that was left was my lock,that had been cut off. I called them that morning and they were quite rude. Then my fiancee called a little later and they were rude to her also. We wanted our belongings back and they wouldn't let us have them until we gave them another $150 on top of the $69 for the room $20 pet fee,and a $40 deposit.We had no choice but to pay these crooks and in the end quite a few items were missing. Everything had been gone through and all my tattoo equipment,(my tools of trade) my precision scale for weighing coins, a high dollar docking station, all of our food,and even our dogs food was gone. We called to complain and believe it or not, not only were they rude they said the police would be there incredibly fast and we would regret it. These thief's obviously have the local cops in their pocket. So we suffer our losses and wait for our day to come
