              My husband & I needed a gas line ran for our home. The home center we used to buy our house referred and scheduled this contractor for us. This contractor never called us to let us know when they were coming we had to find out from the home center. They no showed us Thursday & Friday of last week. They came out today and did not introduce themselves and immediately had a bad attitude for having to run our gas line. Complained about house skirting, having to convert our stove to propane, get supplies & tools. On top of this I went outside to introduce myself to the propane company that came out close to the time this company was leaving, the owner Steven was complaining loudly with me standing right there about our house, the oven, the job and everything. I have never in my life been so disappointed with a company & embarrassed over how they acted. I don't like making reviews but this was too much to not speak up on. Please beware of this kind of behavior. I hate that this company is getting paid for a job that they were so ugly and rude about. I wish that it would've been a better experience.

              I am sorry you feel that way we were told Monday was fine and we were only supposed to run the gas line about 15 feet to a tank that was supposed to be 10 feet from the gas kick out so we had to go buy more parts to run the 43 feet from the kick out and propane guy asked me how the conversion of stove was they don't do that anymore because of trouble with different brands and tools required you were told on Friday that we would be there between 9:00 and 10:00 on Monday also your propane company didn't call me with details until Friday morning so by then it was to late to even go and be able to finish the job in one trip which almost 2 hours one way I could have put you to another day but I didn't although my mother was in the hospital and I would have much rather been there with her instead of running your gas line your job was done with tank and piping like you wanted.
