            I signed a contract to have tires financed through Texas Tires. I was told to come back the next day to actually have the tires installed so I left with no tires or service. Less that two hours after leaving I found a better deal on tires and called Texas Tires to cancel my contract. I was told that all sales are final and that I was now beholden to pay them the money for tires that I didn't receive, I didn't need or want anymore. The rep at Texas Tires then told me to bring in the receipt for the tires that I purchased and Texas Tires would match their price. That makes no sense to me. Why pay you for tires that I purchased somewhere else when I already have tires? Now they have started hitting my account for money for payments and I want them to stop. I want them to cancel my contract and stop deducting money from my account. You can't charge people for a service you never provided and a product that I didn't need or want and never received.

            Made original inquiry via *********** post. Very responsive but was unsure about which tires my son wanted at the time. ***** reached out following month regarding other tires and a sale. I arrived the next morning, paid for the tires, and picked up later that day. I would definitely recommend Dusty and the Texas ********* for tires.
