    My name is ********* *******, I never received my merchandise. I ordered 2 bras on 12 9 23. The money was taken out of my account but never received the merchandise

    I wouldnt even rate it . I placed an order which I never received and tried to get in touch with them but they never replied.

    Do not buy any bras from LilyBras. They are cheaply made, no support and don't come close to the size you order. I was also promised a partial refund which I never received.

    I tried to get information to return bras I bought online from Senior Bras. I had a reply fro Lily Bras so I replied asking if they were the parent company for Senior Bras never answered my question only received the same email I received initially. I am going to see what I can do from credit card. I am sure I have been scammed.

    First of all, these bras are horrible. Cheaply constructed and worthless. Secondly, don't expect to ever get a refund from them. I have been attempting to get a partial refund since March and they keep telling me they will send it to the financial department. Scam company. Beware.

    Their bras are cheaply constructed and I wanted to return them. Unfortunately, the warehouse is in Hong Kong and the return cost is prohibitively expensive. Their Returns and Exchanges policy gives no indication of this issue, and in fact claims "No hassle returns" which is an outright fabrication.
