    My cat Fluffy was bleeding with an open wound and was laying there pretty much unresponsive, and it toke over an hour for the blue haired receptionist to get him even basic anti iotics. I was told "he will be fine." Well, he is not looking fine. It looks bad and their emergency protocols for serious injuries is disappointing. We had been a loyal customer, we pay our bills. But when Fluffy is laying there injured bleeding and pretty much unresponsive, it felt gut wrenching dealing with their blue haired receptionist. Then, it felt like she was going to "slow walk" things because I was concerned. Back when ** **** owned the business, he never would have prioritized routine animal care over a painful open wound bleeding emergency. I really ************** genuine caring for our pets. :(Hopefully, the company that bought **************** will develop a better protocol when there is a severely injured pet that is in pain, or unresponsive to normal stimulus. I can't tell you how gut wrenching it is. When you've been with a vet clinic for many years, you hope that in an emergency, they would respond right away. But, the Out-Of-Towners that bought the Wewoka Animal Clinic, brought their diversity hires. It's hard to relate to them prioritizing routine vaccinations over an emergency injuring patient that is bleeding and obviously in severe pain. I'm trying really hard to understand their priorities. I have to ask, if it was their personal pet laying there in pain and bleeding for an hour, what would their point of view be from the patients perspective, Fluffy has been in a lot of pain. If this site allowed pictures, I would upload the photos too.
