Through out our time in this apartment complex we were never late on rent, never had a complaint, even went as far as to help management clean up the property. We had so many issues from them while being there though. Mold growing underneath the kitchen and bathroom sink, the sink in the kitchen leaked, a random missing drawer, when we moved in there was blood on the walls, feces on the floor, it was awful. My wife still has all the pictures from that as well if needed. Whenever we informed them we were went to renew our lease the manager told us all we had to do was give them a 60 day notice of when our home would close and they would not count it as breaking our new lease since we already knew we were moving and they wanted us to sign a new one or move out by the end of the month. We told them the day we were signing what our move out date would be. Roughly 3 months in advance. They switched management again so I wanted to give them another heads up about us moving in case she wasn't made aware even though it was written so she was informed early as well. On our move out date we had the apartment 100% cleaned and empty of anything and everything. I have pictures from this day as well. I had her meet me at the apartment and she did the walk through with me and said everything looked great and that we would be getting our deposit back. When we went to the office she told me we never paid rent for November so I showed her my receipts written by them and rhe money order receipt to prove I was never late and never missed a payment. She then told me it would take 30 days to receive my deposit back. That was in january. Since then they've told me they were sending it out multiple times and in the recent 2 months have been ignoring my calls entirely. I've left countless voice-mail and I can never catch them the few times they're supposed to be in the office. I just would like my money back.
