              I scheduled to have brown work done with a sponsored business that pops up on my ******** feed and who one of my friends has had work done by. I wanted to do it last year but was pregnant, and she was aware of this. I scheduled with her at the end of last month for May 4. She requested a $50 deposit to schedule and requested my telephone number for a confirmation text that she reported she always sends the night before. I made arrangements with my work to take off that shift (this was made prior to my appointment date) but I never received a confirmation anything; no text, no call, no message. I sent a message the same way that we had been communicating on the morning of my appointment to hopefully confirm, and this was at 8am. I never heard back from her until it was 15 minutes past my appointment time, at which time she called and text me, knowing that I have 3 month old twins at home, and claims that I am the one who didn't communicate effectively because I was putting them down for a nap. I explained that I had already requested my deposit back via Venmo because she didn't hold up her end of the agreement, to confirm the night before. She says that her confirming my appointment is a courtesy but not a requirement and she continues to lie and say that she sent a confirmation request that was never answered by me. She is unable to provide any evidence of any such confirmation. I have a trail of our transactions. She then attempted to get another $150 from me claiming a voluntary no-call no-show. Not once did she attempt to reschedule me. I have screen shots of all of our transactions.

              Very unprofessional, my interaction with ******** (Owner) with Creative Faces started back in March of 2022. I had eyebrows tattooed and my eyeliner touched up. The eyebrows were uneven, I told her the day of that the right side was higher than the left, she did not listen to me. 5 days later when I brought it to her attention, she argued with me that they were even. Suggested I try Botox to fix it because she blamed it to be the muscle in my eyelid. She never offered a solution to fix my brows. I also feel like you are tricked into going back for a touchup because she schedules you an appointment while you're there, she stated to me that if I did not show up for the touchup appointment, I would be charged $100 for each service I did not show up for due to the fact she had my credit card information on file. I posted a photo of my brows on her website in March of 2024 ( 2 year anniversary ), she didn't respond to the photo I posted for 2 months. When she did respond, she stated that she had done a correction on my brows from another person doing them, totally false! I didn't have my brows tattooed until she done them! Once I responded to what she had said, I'm sure she deleted it because she blocked me from her website via ********* When you trust someone that is supposed to be a professional in this field, you expect to get what you pay for. This was a terrible experience for me! I have covered my brows for the past 2 years with makeup. I am in the process of having them removed, at my expense. I would never suggest anyone use her for brows, if you're not happy with what she does, it seems like she really doesn't care and doesn't suggest anything to do to make it right with you. I spent over $1300 on my brows and eyeliner with her, what a waste of money! Do your homework before you trust anyone to tattoo your face!
