    ********* and ***** his wife are the most crooked contractors Ive ever seen, tax evasion, odot violations, and fraud. Organized crime at its best. They ow multiple people back pay for being ***** or lack of funds their company hands out checks that bounce like hit hot cakes. A sad excuse for a company that uses employees lifes to their interest.
