My 18 year old son took his car for a check engine light a month ago and paid $895 for a job. Today the light went on again, he took the car in and the manager, ***********************, told him he was going to charge $180 for the diagnose, which my son agreed, later on my son was told it was going to be $583 for the job. My son said he didnt have the money for the job and was going to pay for the diagnose only. **** the manager got extremely upset stating my son compromised to the job but my son didnt authorize verbally nor sign an approval. He started mistreating my son with profanity, mind you my son works in customer service and is very respectful, he told my son he was going to put a lien against his car and to get the F**K out his shop and never come back again. My son didnt know what a lien was so he called my husband and put him on speaker so he can be explained by **** what was going on with the car but he also ended being mistreated with profanity and he was called a criminal for no reason. We do not understand why this manager behaved the way he did. I called asking for the owner so I can file a complaint and **** answered the phone and told me this is a corporate so I dont know where to send you, you can talk to me which I refused to do, so I disconnected the call. If he doesnt know how to treat clients he should not be working there.I would recommend some **************** classes for ***********************. Shame on him for trying to intimidate a teenager that way! Shame on him for not trying to understand the situation, I bet my son wouldve waited for his next paycheck to take the car in for the job needed, but instead he got insulted and he had to hear his father being disrespected in front of him while they were on the call on speaker. I wish there was a way to put NO starts instead of one. He doesnt even deserve that.

I was scheduled at 10AM for a check engine light. Told it was an all day thing. Called around 2:30 PM to see what was up. Nothing had been done yet. Husband got on the phone asked why not? Husband asked if they were competent to even do that and the person on the phone said to come and get the car. They lost the door lock fob. Husband asked if they were trying to loose a customer. Husband was told to take his wrecked junk car and leave by the manager or owner of this shop. ******** said he would look for it and return it or replace it. I have never in my existence had such bad customer service. Owner or manager believes it is perfectly fine to yell at customers and mechanics alike. I will never take a car there again.
