Disposable Contact Lens Antitrust Litigation claim was mismanaged by this company despite providing proof of purchase multiple times & following up with several employees. Incorrect payment was received as a result. The pro rata calculations seemed wrong as well on the payment they did provide and I asked for clarification multiple times with no response.

On 4/19/24, I received a **** informed delivery notification via email of a letter containing a check of the amount of $847.00 which is a refund from the sale of my house located at **************************************** to a company called OPENDOOR. Uptill now I have still not received the letter containing the check. I contacted the **** office that handles my letters and they said they did not have the letter with them and they advised me to wait for 7 for the letter from the day I receive the notification which was 4/19/24. I waited but never received the mail. I always get my letter on time and have never had such awkward experience before. I contacted Epiq (which is listed as the company that is assigned to handle the. *** vs OPENDOOR refunds) via phone calls and email. When I called EPIQ, their customer service representatives confirmed to me that the company was assigned to handle the *** vs OPENDOOR refunds. They never responded to my emails and I still havent received my refunds. I need help to get my *** vs Opendoor refund of $847.00 from this company because this is beginning to look like a scam. I had a legal name change and was given an email by EPIQ customer service to send the legal documents of my name change which I did. I have since called EPIQ and they said they received the emails I sent to them and that they have updated my name change. They keep dribbling me up and down, and I still have not received my check of $847.00 yet. Please I need help to get my money. My tracking # with EPIQ is: *****. I have attached the 2 emails I sent to them. This is the companys contact information:Refund Administrator EPIQ P O Box ******************** ***** Email: ************************ Tel: **************** Thank you.

I am a claimant in the Case NO. 5:21-cv-03322-ejd (N.D. Cal) for the Health and ****************** breech lawsuit. UNIQUE ID: ********** PIN: **** *********** is responsible for distributing the settlement funds. They supposedly sent an email to arrange payment for my claim. I never got the email, likely due to very strict email spam settings. I need to set up the payment.

EPIQ called me back regarding a settlement I never received. The rep told me the call was being recorded. EPIQ did not have my PRIOR knowledge or consent to record the call. I think this may violate California privacy and wiretap laws.I would like a resolution 1) my settlement 2) call recorded without my permission.Thank you very much.

This pertains to a class action settlement for which I was a claimant. I submitted a claim approx. 4 years ago and did not receive any response. I know that the process can take awhile and so continued to follow up each year. I was told that the claim was in process. Approx 4 months ago I finally sent a strongly worded email expressing my dissatisfaction with the process and asked them to further investigate the status. After delay I received a response saying that they had already issued the cheque back in 2020. I had not received the cheque or any communication regarding this payment, even though they had my email and phone number. I requested the payment be reissued and once I received the cheque, 3 months later, I attempted to cash it and it bounced. I am continuing to follow up, with much frustration to seek the payment I was awarded with no resolve to this date. Can this company, Epique class action services be investigated for their business practices and/or potential fraud? Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

HP Printer Firmware Update Litigation, No. 5:16-cv-05820-EJD-SVK First of all, Epiq, apparently, omitted part of my address - and I never received the class-action form within the deadline. I was advised I could still send my form, which I did.I never received my class-action settlement money.I have called several times - to no avail.

I've been having a lot of problems with Capital One harassing me. They called me originally to let me know that I owed a $2,500 credit card bill with them and I let them know that I never opened up a credit card with them and they told me that I was lying because the return address was my house which was weird because I never opened up a credit card with them I have other credit cards and I have good credit and I've never had a problem like this before but this summer my ID was stolen and so someone could have opened up a card in my name that was very possible and they didn't believe me told me that there's nothing that they can do that I need to pay this bill and I told him that I I didn't even know anything about it until they brought it to my attention and so I called and talk to a supervisor at Capital One, let them know my situation and let them know that I never opened up a credit card and that I have their business calling me telling me that I owe them $2,500 for this card that wasnt opened up by me. Or in my name and they told me there was nothing they can do about it again and that I needed to come up with this money and pay this bill and I let them know again that it was not me and asked if there's anything they could do like investigate it and they told me no. And that there was nothing I could do I can but come up with **** bucks that I shouldnt have to pay. credit card I have nothing to do with. And a bill that I had no knowledge about and ask them how are they going to have me come up with $2,500 to pay a credit card that was never opened up by me how is that fair. They just didn't want to hear it they're being super rude. and now they're constantly calling me harassing me where I've lost my job I worked at ********** for 9 years I literally have lost my job over this I've asked them not to call me no more! And they keep calling me like four or five times a day. they're going to my family members houses looking for me, leaving physical messages for me and for my family to tell me these messages that they're leaving for me. So not only are they calling but now physically going to my home and my children's home? looking for me, leaving me messages with my daughter-in-law to have me call them and it's starting to make me nervous well one lol I'm an old lady. And because I didn't know that they go to your place of residence. I've never had this happen to me you know and so I just don't know what to do but I don't think I should have to pay a credit card that I never opened up and I feel like they should investigate it like they would investigate anything else with any other fraud or that someone else has you know going on with their case. I need your guys's help I can't afford to pay $2,500 that's why I don't open up credit cards and use that much on them the ones I've have I've have a balance that I use for my own choice. I have my own credit cards that I've had for years and I pay off every month and have never had a problem until now... Always pay my bills on time my credit cards on time that's why I got good credit

Epiq has been mailng me mediation request forms for several months regarding unauthorized accounts opened by ***** Fargo reps. I've had several accounts opened including checking and savings, most recently, a Jewelry account by the name, ***************************, a credit account. I've filled out nine or more of these such forms, given various tracking numbers including ******, ******, most recently, ******. When I initially called number on letter, **************, I was told call will be disconnected, referred to prior mediation in which case, no payment received. .. Calls were made regarding tracking ID ************ prior mediation referred to includes tracking ID ******, I was offered a payment in amount of $3,700 to cover damages pertaining to accounts opened by Wellls Fargo reps including several checking and savings., no payment received. Most recently, I called in regarding tracking ID ******, told all mediation efforts exhausted...No payment received prior. .. As the BBB can see, these mediation forms are a mere run around, I request Epiq cease from mailing them.

I was apart of the Kolici vs Montway class action lawsuit. They sent me the claim form between New Years and Valentines Day of 2022 which made me not receive the form until the day before the deadline. I put the signed forms son the mail the very next day. I took pictures of the letter, the postage dates on the envelope, and wrote them a letter explaining that there was no way for me to get the forms in on time due to them being mailed to me so close to the holiday. I still havent heard anything back from the Settlement Administration or the Attorney in this case. I am owed in this settlement! I truly believe this is a reoccurring practice of this law firm! Should I contact the bar association?
