    Date of transaction: September 28, 2023 5-5:45pm I had a haircut with *********************. As you can see from the screenshots that are attached to this complaint I asked to speak with a manager. The receptionist acted as though I was speaking to the manager and was very defensive when I was explaining why I wasnt happy with my haircut. Then the hairstylist, *********************, hijacked the text conversation to be rude & cancel the already agreed upon appointment to fix my haircut claiming that I was somehow being unpleasant to the receptionist when she was the one being sassy and disrespectful. I was merely sharing my qualms regarding my haircut and the hairstylist claims I had an hour haircut but my haircut started at 5pm and I was out the door before 5:45pm. **** kept leaving the haircut during my appointment. He left me a total of 3 times to tend to other matters not related to my haircut. **** was busy talking to other coworkers during my haircut as well and was very short and rude when talking with me. I paid $80 plus a $30 tip to ********************* for a total of $110. ********************* lied that he didnt have enough time to wash my hair and rushed the styling process. I was not satisfied with the haircut which is why I had originally reached out to the salon. They blocked my phone number and didnt even let me speak to the manager. I would like the $110 refunded.

    Tried a new salon for a haircut, I have a very simple hair style but i was paired with a newer stylist whi really was nice and did a mostly good job but there are some points / details I am unhappy with perhaps the stylist didn't understand.I called to inquire about getting a correction and was told I woukd not be welcome back! The person who answered was INCREDIBLY unprofessional and rude clearly has no intention of customer satisfaction! If the stylists are business savvy they would not work for a salon that treats clients so terribly as it also reflects on them personally unfortunately!Im very disappointed I paid too much for a not great result! And many others have had similar experiences as there are many reviews along the same lines.Moral of the story: Read the reviews before trying a new salon and believe the negative feedback!
