I do not know this company, I do not have any agreement or contracts with this company. I never once contacted this company, The only reason I now know of them is because they are apparently reporting an account that I have not created on my credit report which is drastically impacting my finances and ability to make any decision moving forward. I demand that this random made up account be removed from my credit report, all of my credit reports immediately. Thanks in advance.Business response

According to 15 U.S.C 1681s-2(a)(1)(A) and (B)to report inaccurate informationPlease DELETE this information from my credit report, pursuant to section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681i, and send the required notifications to all furnishers of this information.According to 15 USC 168i(15) the credit bureaus have to modify or Delete fraud Account that are not reporting accurately. According to 15 USC 1681b(1) the credit bureaus dont have no written permission. According to 15 USC 1681 have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 168s- 2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate . I wanted to build my credit so I did a search and found Kovo credit. Their website seemed friendly enough and I figured Id give a try to see how things went. I was accepted for both a credit builder account as well as another account that I cant remember the name of. Both would charge ten dollars which, in my mind, wasnt a terrible amount. A couple weeks ago, I wanted to check something on the website and had gone through ****** to go to the site itself. When I typed in Kovo credit, I was greeted with a Reddit article that the company was a scam. On or May 30th, I emailed their support email to ask for my account to be closed as well as for a refund as Ive given about 90 dollars in total. Ive yet to receive any kind of help in getting a cancellation aside from their virtual assistant closing my account. I would still like a refund.Business response

I have late payments from KOVO *** on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.Business response
