We had put a 1000 deposit and agreed on MSRP + title and fees for a 2024 Toyota Sienna, when it came in, ******** ****** and ***** in Sales who then sent over the final invoice with a 298 dollar window tint and 2195 coating package which I was informed was already done on the vehicle, even though it had just arrived that morning. This was never communicated in any correspondence nor agreed to. I was could stomach the window tint, but 2195 for coating wasn't happening and they wouldn't budge so I walked away. So much for being "clear" as their dealership states. Disappointing to have worked through so many hoops with the deposit process and making phone calls proactively only to have dishonesty and shady practices in the deal at the end.

I purchased a new 2024 RAV 4. After a few weeks the check engine oil light came on and the dipstick was DRY. I returned the car to Beaverton Toyota immediately. They had sold me a defective new car but even though I had owned the car for weeks (not months) they would not give me a different car or a refund. They did offer to buy it back but at a $6000 loss to me (even though I had already over paid by buying an undisclosed defective vehicle). It took them 3.5 weeks to repair the car!! I did seek legal advice and file a case with Toyota ***************** The lawyer was helpful in documenting everything so that if another incident occurs it may be easier to be treated the way you would expect to be treated by an honorable company. Toyota **************** was not at all helpful. They opened a case but took over 5 weeks to assign it to a case manager. They basically did nothing. Although this was the second Toyota I purchased at this dealership I will never purchase another Toyota anywhere. I will report this to NHTSA as I understand that this level of oil leakage could have resulted in a fire. Perhaps we will see a recall on these cars. Meanwhile I dont trust this car or this dealership. One star is one too many.

I left one star, because NO STARS wasn't an option!!! Beaverton Toyota is as FRAUDULENT AS THEY COME!!! I took my 2003 Tacoma there to have a "misfire on cylinder 6" engine code... When I get a call from them, stating my fuel injectors were FAULTY and THAT would cost nearly 3k to repair... They also came up with 4k+ in other issues for a total estimate of *******.... Now that was a bit spendy for me, so I brought it home, pulled the top end apart and cleaned/replaced the injectors... To test that it had worked or not, I swapped the #6 injector for the #1 injector to see if the #1 threw a code... Nope!!! Still got a #6 misfire code... WHAT THE??? So, I try and pull the #6 plug.... But the cap was STUCK!!! After twisting the cap, I noticed the wired had welded itself to the engine block, creating a DIRECT SHORT, THAT WAS CAUSING THE MISFIRE!!! NOT MY INJECTORS!!! Nor any of the $7k+ of issues they came up with!!! So, they charged me 185 to TOTALLY MISDIAGNOSE MY TRUCK!!! WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THE PLUG/CYLINDER IN QUESTION!!! It has been over a month since I called them out on this, and have yet to be REFUNDED MY PAYMENT!!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER CAR TO THEM!!! OR BUY FROM THEM EITHER!!! That beautiful facility they have there in Beaverton, is paid for by CHARGING PEOPLE FOR THINGS THEY DON'T EVEN DO!!! I WILL BE SEKKING LEGAL COUNCIL ABOUT THIS!!! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, they left bolts on my hood that came from the coil packs they swapped.... And clamps left loose, not to mention the ripped and torn vacuum lines they made without replacing!!! Thing that really gets me is, had I gone with their estimate and let them do it... After they found out it was NOT the injectors and it was the plug wire (they didn't test) causing the misfire... I'm sure I'd have heard, Well, while replacing your injectors, we noticed a bad plug wire, so we replaced it for you... AND CHARGED ME THE ENTIRE $2864.11 + THE **** KIT!! SHAME ON YOU TOYOTA!!!!

***, at our dealership, every vehicle that enters our service drive undergoes a thorough multipoint inspection, whether it's for routine maintenance or repairs. This inspection includes a visual assessment conducted by our technicians to identify any issues or recommendations based on their findings, as well as service due determined by time and mileage.

Upon inspecting your 2003 Tacoma, our technicians noted a severe lack of service history and documented their recommendations with both photos and videos. Following the initial diagnostic, we verified the check engine concern and found cylinder 6 misfiring actively only under a load. After verifying that the spark plug was in good condition, our recommendation was to begin with replacing all six injectors and conducting a tune-up on the vehicle. However, you chose not to proceed with any of the recommended repairs or services and opted to take your vehicle elsewhere.

We understand your frustration and disappointment, but we stand by our diagnosis. It's important to note that spark plugs cannot weld themselves to the engine block, as you mentioned. Additionally, our Service Manager has made multiple attempts to reach out to you over the past two months to discuss the matter further. But unfortunately have been met with challenges, including voicemail responses or inappropriate and explicit language followed by a hang up. At this time we will not be refunding you the diagnostic fee and do wish you the best of luck with your truck.

Beaverton Toyota is a Horrible dealer. Lier sales people. Mislead customers to sell their cars. Leased an electric BZ4X 2023 and was told it will go for 220 miles with full battery which wont take 45 minutes to be charged. Total lie. I couldnt turn on the heater it will dropped the battery 50 miles all of sudden and each miles drive dropped couple more miles. **** it says 150 miles it wont go 100 miles and will take 3 hours to be fully charged. The 300 miles trip usually took me 5 hours took me 14 hour because had to charge the battery twice and couldn't turn on the heater. *** I stuck with this car for another 3 years and if i want to return it they will charge me $12k having a car for 10 days and for **** miles on it. ******************* sales manager and ********************* the sales person lied to me.

*****,we pride ourselves with our CLEAR Brand Promise and being completely transparent with our guests whether you are purchasing a vehicle from ** or bringing it in for service. If you reference the monroney sticker for your specific vehicle, it does state that when fully charged the vehicle can travel 222 miles. You can also refer to fueleconomy.gov to confirm an all electric range of 222 miles. Our team did not mislead you, but informed you of the official fuel/electric economy presented to us by Toyota and the government.Just like in a gas vehicle, actual results will vary for many reasons, including driving conditions, and how you drive and maintain your vehicle. Electric vehicles are no different.

You also had access to the charging timeline on the monroney. Using a 240v charger,to complete a full charge will take 11 hours. When you presented your concerns about the charging rate we had one of our Toyota Master Certified Technicians inspect the vehicle. The tech first attempted to charge the vehicle at our dealership charger and found the vehicle accepted the charge and we verified that it was in the normal range. We also performed a health check and verified there were no DTCs. The vehicle was normal and charging at the rate that it was designed for by Toyota.

We always recommend our guests doing their due diligence and research to make sure the vehicle they are interested in is the best fit for their lifestyle. Our apologies you felt we misled you, however all of the vehicle performance information was fully available and presented to you.

I had an appointment to have the charging port door hinge repaired on my 2022 RAV 4 Prime (which is still under warranty with ****** miles). Before I even got to the service counter, an employee said that Beaverton Toyota was doing free tire inspections. As I already knew from the dashboard warning light that one of the tires was low, I agreed and was not surprised when he said I had a nail in the left rear tire. He told me that the tire could not be repaired and that I would need to replace all four tires, since the vehicle was AWD. I took the car later to *******************. They patched the leak for free and assured me that I did not need to replace any of the tires on my vehicle. I'm not sure why Beaverton Toyota would misrepresent this unless it was a one-off with a single staff member, or a business policy.I then met with an actual service rep who said they didn't have the hinge part and would order, and install it at another appointment. They confirmed that this was under warranty and there would be no charge. The service rep then showed me a "photo" on his **** phone, saying that they found a rodent nest on the air intake filter and they could replace it onnext appointment. I have no idea if this was actually a photo of my vehicle. I was never shown the supposedly damaged air intake filter, I'd never noticed anything amiss with it (no odors, noise, etc.) and the car was still on warranty, I assumed Beaverton Toyota wouldn't lie since they would bear the cost for repairs. However, when I was checking out, I was shocked to be handed a bill for replacing the air filter. No one ever mentioned in advance there would be a charge, and I don't know if this work was even needed or done, since I never saw any signs of the so-called rodent nest, except on the service reps **** phone. People should be aware that this dealership engages in deceptive and predatory upselling (e.g their claim that I had to buy four new tires).

I have been a customer of ********************** for over 20 years, and have spent many thousands of dollars there on service for my Toyota. Recently, I had a very minor issue with them that I suggested could be addressed by a paltry $18 service credit. I would have taken even less.It took me weeks to get a response to the issue I raised. When finally I heard from *********************** (Service BDC Manager), she offered no accommodation whatsoever. I was not satisfied with her response and messaged back to that effect. Never heard from her again.Because I did not hear from ******************, I messaged ********************************* (owner) and ******************************* (general manager) to express my dissatisfaction twice. Neither party bothered to respond in any way.As a long time customer, it is infuriating to be treated with such disregard over a minor and easily resolvable issue. My Toyota is over 20 years old now. When it comes time to replace it, I will not be shopping at Beaverton Toyota and that's what I would recommend to others as well. It seems to me that customer loyalty is unimportant to ********************** and that ignoring a customer's concerns is a poor customer retention strategy.

As explained previously to you the car wash has been permanently closed to the public for over 2.5 years due to constant mechanical breakdowns and failures. The complementary car wash coupons were intended to be used the same day after the vehicle was serviced and have no monetary value. Even though it has been almost four years since we have seen your vehicle for service, we do hope we are able to work together again in the future. - Team Beaverton Toyota

Beaverton Toyota responded to my review with a non-sequitur response claiming that I was upset over the closure of their car wash. You will note that I do not reference the car wash in the original complaint even once. Beaverton Toyota completely misses the point. I am annoyed that I was completely ignored by **** ********** **. (owner) and **** *********** (general manager). I am annoyed that Ms. **** ******* (in her one previous response to me, subsequent to which she also ignored me) did not treat me like a valued customer nor was I offered the slightest accommodation for my inconvenience. I only asked for an $18 service credit and would have been happy with any accommodation at all that signified that my business was of value to Beaverton Toyota. Instead of offering the slightest accommodation, Beaverton Toyota has alienated a long-time customer. Thank you, ******
