    I purchased a new 2022 VW Jetta from this dealership in December 2022. Subsequent to that, I have had recurring issues with my instrument cluster randomly shutting down. Initially they could not see me for three months, which was tolerable as the problem was intermittent, and when they did see me it was apparently fixed. Now the problem has returned and my instrument cluster is completely non-functional. The vehicle is not legal or safe to drive in this condition. It remains under the "bumper to *************** warranty but they will not see me for nearly two weeks and will not provide me with a loaner vehicle until they can see me. I have a vehicle with less than ****** miles on it that I cannot drive and a dealership that will not give me a loaner vehicle while I await their availability to fix the problem. They offered "some" reimbursement towards a rental car but are unwilling to clearly state how much "some" is.

    I had been using this dealership for several years. I brought my Miata in on 5/14 to have the soft top drains cleaned as I had standing water on the passenger side. I was charged $123. I won't even go into the "use your debit card" debacle (the service writer kept trying to get me to use my debit card) as my credit card was charged twice (that got resolved).On 5/24 (yep, 10 days later) I went back with the same issue. I was told the drains were "completely blocked with seeds and debris" from having the top down for extended periods (something I have NEVER done with either of my Miatas). I was not charged for this "cleaning". How can drains become completely blocked in 10 days? I do not park under trees AT ALL.When I picked up my car, the passenger side carpet still had standing water and the bath towel I had been using to sop up the water was still on the floor behind the passenger seat (it was dripping wet). The plastic panel is now bowed outward and one of the trim screws is missing.I do not believe the drains were cleaned on 5/14. I do not appreciate being blamed for something that was clearly a dealership error and they simply didn't want to admit they did not perform the requested service AND double charged me.This is the kind of shenanigans I would expect from a dealership on ********........not a name brand dealership. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    We appreciate your candid feedback, and regret that we could not provide you with a satisfactory experience regarding the drains in your vehicle.

    On 5/14 we did, omplete a service to clear your clogged drains.  It's not uncommon for Miata drain tubes to clog when the top is down, and we documented another clog when the vehicle was brought in again on 5/24.  We cleared this clog for you at no charge. You're right about the inconvenient timing but this is what the technician found when workiong on your vehicle. 

    When you returned to pick up your vehicle on 5/24, it was unannounced and before we could finish the drying process. We informed you the interior was not fully dry, and we offered to complete the job quickly.  Instead of waiting, you elected to take the vehicle home with a damp interior.

    We recognize that recurring issues like this are a huge inconvenience. Please know that we care deeply about your service experience and extending the life of your Mazda. We hope for another chance to earn your business in the future.
