      Like others on here, I had a terrible experience with this company. I am on a board for a very small nonprofit. Against our internal policies our ** signed a 5 year non-cancelable contract for $264/month for a printer that we don't use. When I called ***** *******, our contact at POA, to let him know that we are struggling financially and asked if there is any way we could get out of it he told me no. He also told me that even if our nonprofit closes POA will come after anyone associated with the nonprofit in order to get their $264/month. This from a company that made $400 million in revenue in 2024. Are you kidding me?!This company is predatory. No company should be allowed to use a 5 year non-cancelable contract for something like this.

      My company ************* has been with Pacific Office Automation for over 5 years. Recently we realized our previous machines were never returned from their warehouse from 5 years ago, we have been charged over $27k and continue to be charged almost $500 monthly for machines we have not had in our possession in over 5 years. ********************* is our account manager, I have attempted to get him to give us the shipping details on our previous machines since August, he will completely ignore me and has for over a month at a time. I've reached out to numerous other staff at Pacific Pacific Office and they tell me I can only go through ****** They even apologize at how horrible he is treating our company yet no one will help us. If I'm given any response it is "ill look into it" then you never hear back. Ive been told coubtless times he is too busy for us. The only time they are willing to give you the time of day is when they hound you to purchase something, beyond that they are the worst customer service I have ever endured and there needs to be some accountability for completely ignoring your current customers.

      My situation with Pacific Automation in ********* has been HORRIBLE. I am a small female owned business. In 2021 my business was booming and I needed a larger printer to meet my capacity. The sales representative, *********************, came to my house to discuss the options. We were told that the cost would be $386/month for a 5-year lease. We asked if that price would stay the same and we were told yes. My printer fee has increased every year since 2021. When I called ***** in February of 2022 he told me, "I work for a great company that gives us all a raise each year. The price of our printer lease goes up by 6% each year to cover those raises. At this point in year 5, I will be paying over $700 a month for a printer that I no longer need as my business has turned virtual. To get out of this lease I will have to pay $16,183 to return the printer and $17,883 to keep the printer. They claim to be a small business solutions provider. Their contract is smart. No oral conversations can be entered into a trial. Only the written contract is viable. So, they send their sales reps out to small businesses, lie to them verbally knowing that there will be no recourse. ***** is now a manager. He met all of his quotas. By the time this 5-years prison sentence is up, I will have paid over $25,000 for this lease.

      We were customers in good standing with POA for over 5 years. However, during the most recent contract renewal process we decided to part ways with POA. As a business, we were experiencing some logistical changes. This left us uncertain of our future needs. We requested a month-to-month contract until we could make that determination. This was rejected. We asked for an extension to make our decision. This was also rejected. The ************ we were given was to renew the contract or return the equipment. Upon completion of the current contract, POA would automatically renew our contract at our current rate plus a 10% increase. After being excellent customers for 5 years we felt as though our business was not being valued and we were being forced into something. We cancelled the contract and returned the equipment. We will not be using, nor would we recommend, Pacific Office Automation.

      Purchased two sets of sofas with oral agreement to send the items within 12 weeks, not to exceed 16 weeks, to give a window for delays. However, the items never arrived since the date of purchase. I spoke with the store managers several times and promised to have it sent with an additional five hundred dollars for freight, and I paid a total of $5,500. At this point, the store hardly responds to the phone call, and I have to use my son's phone for them to pick up the phone. And then, the person on the other end will tell me that the manager is out or in a meeting. Always all the time I'm able to contact them. It happened last year in November 2021.

Pacific Office Automation is in the Office Technology and Service business with our primary focus being business to business sales of Copiers, Managed IT, and other office solutions. At no point in time has Pacific Office Automation sold any furniture. Further, there is no owner or employee at Pacific Office Automation named *******************.
