    My apartment has been flooded 2 times in a month from my neighbors and I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get my manager to fix the problem and dry out my apartment and have gotten no where. I believe I have mold growing and when they sent someone after asking for 1.5 weeks this person said I had moisture in my place and that they would clean what that thought was mold. It's been 5 days now and still nothing I've been calling and emailing the manager and they have my return any calls. I fear for my health and my dogs health if mold is growing.

    ************ agreed to let me transfer my lease , I moved out of state in February and apparently they never sent the new tenant paperwork to change the lease. I found out August 2nd that the lease had NOT changed (unknown to me) ************ has changed every single number I've had for them and won't return emails , the address listed is false they're not located there. Now they're trying to *** me for a lease I thought was transferred to another person, and I can't even get in contact to figure it all out.

    Bend Property management// will not repair replace or fix anything we've asked of them and they claim to have put in work orders. 3 months to replace four light sockets out of 10. Dishwasher not functional going on 4 months. Garage door opener going on two months for repair. . Most importantly is the deck in the back of the house which is a health hazard simply because it is rotten there are holes and ***** nails. This deck is used to entertain family and friends which includes small children. Three years Since BPM was informed ! Months ago since last request for repair! My granddaughter over the weekend although monitored closely nearly went through one of the rotten boards in the deck avoiding a trip to the emergency room. The women in charge of office management is abrasive rude and will hang up if you persist or pursue information which their answer each and every time is we don't know we turned in the work order and that's as far as they will go. They have raised the rent which is common and it's not the issue. But multiple things are non-functional in this leased home yet the rent is paid on time each month to live in a functional and safe home! We are getting nowhere. The negative reviews are atrocious which I have gone over and studied. All similar complaints! There are present and past clients/ renters/ who are having the same exact issues as we are suffering and yet still pay their rent on time. Just moments ago I asked about the dishwasher repairman. And she hung up on me. Anytime I want updated information they are rude abrasive and obscenely unprofessional. Can you please help us with this issue that could potentially lead to Great injury and even death. Oregon state law after the office receives written notice of a rotten deck that is unsafe and hazardous has one month to replace the deck in its entirety. There is absolutely nothing that has been done. I speak to them in a polite tone and manner which seems to infuriate them and results in a hang up!

    re: Complaint Against Action Management - Failure to Address Multiple Complaints Regarding ************************* Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Action Management, the management company located at ****************************************************************************, that is responsible for ************************* (********************************************************). Despite multiple complaints brought to their attention, Action Management has failed to take any action to address the ongoing issues at this apartment complex, resulting in a severe lack of responsiveness and neglect toward tenant concerns.The primary issue at hand revolves around a persistent fire hazard caused by the accumulation of junk and debris in the adjacent unit to my aunt, *********************, who resides in Unit 42 of *************************. Numerous residents, including myself, have repeatedly notified Action Management about this hazardous situation. However, to our dismay, the management company has demonstrated a complete disregard for safety and well-being by consistently ignoring our pleas for immediate action.The piled-up junk in close proximity to my elderly aunt's residence and poses an imminent threat to her life and property. Not only does it violate fire safety regulations, but it also obstructs access to emergency exits, further compromising her ability to evacuate safely in the event of a fire. As a family member of a concerned tenant, I have fulfilled our obligations by reporting these concerns promptly and providing clear evidence of the fire hazard. Unfortunately, Action Management has failed to fulfill its legal obligations as a responsible landlord to provide a habitable and safe living environment.Despite multiple attempts to engage with Action Management, our complaints have gone unanswered, leaving us in a state of extreme frustration and concern. This lack of response not only exacerbates the immediate fire hazard but also displays a significant disregard for tenant rights and well-being.In light of these circumstances, I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's intervention to address this matter urgently. I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure that Action Management fulfills its duties and responsibilities as a property management company. Specifically, I request the following actions:Conduct an investigation: Please thoroughly investigate the ongoing negligence of Action Management and its failure to address the fire hazard complaints at *************************.Enforcement of corrective measures: Require Action Management to promptly take corrective action to eliminate the fire hazard by ensuring the removal of the accumulated junk and debris from neighboring properties.Imposition of penalties: If Action Management continues to neglect its obligations and fails to address the fire hazard in a timely manner, I urge you to impose appropriate penalties and sanctions to hold them accountable for their actions.By involving the Better Business Bureau, I hope to bring attention to this serious issue and ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at *************************.     I have lived in my trailer for three years. When the new landlord took over who is the owner of ****************************** he never contacts us only has his assitant contact who has been rude cusses me out tells me my kids do not matter she has all the time she needs to repairs things such as water heat fridge. She has never complied with my repair reports she has always told me to remove my children from the home has still never gave us a fire alarm or co2 detector. They have been on my property without notice. My trailer has mice crawling through the vents and they will not fix it. My back door has mold they will not fix. Then she told me I am no longer allowed to contact her for repair reports or the office.

    Honestly i am not sure where to start. I have lived here for 10 years and for the last two years the grounds are not being kept up. There are vermin everywhere, the trash does not get picked up, there are safety lights out everywhere and no joke, it has been like that for THAT LONG. They switched management companies in October and the new people are actually worse. They are not honoring commitments made by the previous property management company either. I have emails from them saying that they were going to replace my carpet and it has still not been resolved. That has been going on for over a year. In September they PROMISED Me it was getting taken care of so tricked me into signing a new year long lease with RAISED RENT. Despite reaching out multiple times I am not being updated at all and am being lied to. I want to move out but my dog is blind and 15 years old so i need to wait until she passes. :-( She cannot learn a new floorplan. I feel totally trapped and not heard so I consulted with a lawyer who said for me to reach out to you guys first. I can't live like this. They can't charge me higher rent while the conditions are just getting worse.
