    HORRIBLE! Absolutely horrible company to work with. Employees are rude & treat you like you're an idiot. We had a new system put in so we could get rid of cadet heaters. Company electrician didn't tighten an electrical ********* caused a HUGE surge during install. Sparks everywhere, tripped the main breaker to the house. I spent a month trying to convince them the system wasn't working properly. They repeatedly told me that it was running properly & I just "wasn't used to the system." Heat pump would run for hours with no air, warm or cold, blowing out of the vents. Their reply was always "its running properly, it can't run & not blow air, the system would build too much pressure & shut down." It took a month of complaints before they looked into the power surge. Turns out the power surge fried most of the air handler system, & the blower motor, in addition to being fried had a bad connector. Well surprise surprise, that's why the heat pump wouldn't put out any air. The system also would not go into aux heat, and the temp on the thermostat would jump around for no reason. More complaints went brushed off, they didn't believe that the system would now run and blow out only cold air. Months of arguing continued. I was actually told "it costs us money every time we come out there." It took 4 months to actually check the heat pump & change out the fried board inside. They claimed it was a bad thermostat...7 different thermostats did nothing. They finally got a new board & the aux heat now comes on. We are 5 months in & the temp still jumps around on the thermostat. They brought an additional temp sensor, my guess is to prove me wrong. When their sensor showed the temp issue their response was "well we don't know what you're doing with the sensor." Finally got a tech from the manufacturer to come look. He had to change some programming, something that Cascade should have done MONTHS ago. We're waiting to see if that fixes the issues...
