How are these people on business still? I rented from them for six years and they are POS! Leaking windows, slider doors falling off, nothing was maintained! Then they evicted me for harassment over maintenance request. They won't talk to you in person, they only communicate through an app so take screen shots because they delete your proof of request! Anyways I won my eviction, and now they still give me bad references. When I never paid a dime late. This property has now been run down and I can't believe it's not condemned.Review from Jacey S

Stay far away from this company, rented a studio apartment in **** on Broadway Street. They charged $2600 deposit, when we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned, we had to clean it ourselves. Then, in the winter, while it is snowing, the owner would turn off the heat to save money. When we moved they did not communicated anything about our deposit after many repeated attempts to reach by phone or email. The business is very shady and I am in the process of filing small claims court with them. This is the first time I haven't gotten my deposit back or any communication from the rental company and I have lived in Ohio, *************, ***** and northern Oregon. Please do not fall victim to this company that takes advantage of the less fortunate.Review from Nicol E

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH!!!!!! *********************** IS THE WORST PERSON YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY OR ***********************!!!! This guy will lie about all and any charges upon move out. There has never been pest control at our apartment complex ever! He charged $350 No one cleaned the carpets because we did. He charged $201.25 No one cleaned the apartment because we did and I have pics to prove it was pristine. He charged $537.81 Then he added supplies at $58.17 I HAVE PICS YO PROVE I CLEANED ALL OF IT! ALL MY NEIGHBORS SAID NONE OF THESE THINGS WERE DONE EVER. HE JUST MOVED IN THE NEXT TENANTS. *********************** IS A LIAR AND TERRIBLE *****. HE HAS CHANGED HIS COMPANY NAME 3x from being sued.Review from Beth P

Buyer Beware! This is the WORST management company ever! Filled out an application to rent a commercial space in ***********. Submitted my $65 application fee and the is part of the email I received. Haven't even seen the property yet, even though I have emailed, left several messages and this is what I get!Thank you for applying for the commercial space at *************************, in Sisters. In order to finish processing your application we need the following: 1. Will you be the only authorized signer on the rental agreement? 2. Please provide the last two years of tax returns, including all schedules for your business if applicable, to verify income. Not one phone call from anyone! Not one, hey we would love to show you this space and then today! This:I apologize for the delay. Crooks. Highest application fee in the industry for each applicant. They never ran background and we were first applicants. They take all of the applications then pick the best one to run background. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! People are desperate for housing and this is how they run their business? If I could file criminal charges against them, I would. I am the owner of this property, since ****. I decided to use Asset protection PM 2017, when ******************* owned it. Now,APPM abused my trust by over overcharging for rental turnover fees, repairs, inspections, painting. New manager stopped responding to me about my where my april rent went. They email randomly, no direct phone conversation. now after $> ****, refuses to communicate. $ 2k for painting a shed and a ceiling!I have never spent this much money in fees for minor work. I regret i continued to use APPM, after **** left. My instinct was they refuse to communicate, and treat owners with disrespect. Beware, bottom line is they take and give little back. I agree with precious complaints, they are a irresponsible, terrible company. Zero customer service.
