I am beyond happy and satisfied with the help I received from fortress tax, from the beginning they made me feel very comfortable and were very clear with what my outcome could be along with my options, they helped me and worked with me and were able to fix my tax debt in about a year, they always stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on everything, they did the best on my behalf beyond thankful and would recommend them 100% to get your needs met .

I was contacted by Tax Fortress about 5 years ago with an issue I had. I thought I could handle it. I was wrong. Thank goodness I was smart enough to recognize a high quality person in ***, a professional. I kept Tax Fortress' contact information, and when the issue resurfaced, I called ***. He remembered me. How about that. He handed me to their attorney, *************************, who also is a Tax Attorney.. Great combination for what he does. He listened to my story. How refreshing to be heard and not brushed off. ***** said he wanted to do some research and would call me back. Then, he called me back in a couple of days. ******************* was on this call. **** is the glue that keeps all the pieces of your case together. He and ***** asked me more questions. ***** commented to **** that they would want to do such and such. This is something that I really respected - their transparency. ***** then told me to send **** some documents, which I subsequently did. ***** and **** thanked me for my time and we ended the call. **** became the designated communicator with me. He always contacted me when he said he would, be it phone or email. **** was thorough with what he had to relay to me and in answering my questions. **** was professional and patient. Whenever I had a question about something, I'd call or email and within hours **** responded, every time! The team there of ***** and **** were ready to go to battle for me. That was clear as we discussed my case. It turns out the resolution for my case was straight forward. Still, Tax Fortress handled my case thoroughly and professionally. The reason I went with them was because I needed to know that once my case was resolved, it would not resurface, ever. I got what I wanted with Tax Fortress - professionalism and humanism. We had a truly exceptional experience working with Fortress Tax Relief. There is little that is more concerning than owing the *** back taxes. Fortress was so helpful walking us through the entire process of clearing up our tax burden. We had been told that if we used tax attorneys that it would cost an outlandish amount of money which in fact it did not. What an awesome experience and a gigantic burden lifted from my back. I have work with Art and **** *(The dream team) at Fortress twice and they honestly took the time to listen to what was happening, understood all of the facts from my side, and came up when an amazing game plan to fix a major issue I carried for years alone. I am so appreciate to the prompt responses I always received and the guidance when needed. Unfortunately I had serious tax issues. A CFO had left me in a bad spot with the **** I had no idea what to do.Fortress and ***************************** was truly awesome to work with. I worked with him for over 10 years until my tax situations for my business and personal taxes were resolved. I had interviewed a few companies before selecting Fortress. Fortress didn't promise me gimmicks or do things that would get me in more trouble. They were professional and at times worked with my accountant. They were able to get a significant amount of my penalties removed as well. I can't say enough about them. First, it is extremely unusual for us to have a client for 10 years or even 1/3 that amount of time, so your tax situation was definitely quite complicated and likely included a number of new and significant challenges that came up during the course of representation. I have had Fortress Tax Relief on "retainer" for the past couple years, while my tax issues from many years ago progressed. Fortress had my back every step of the way. First, they were able to get me into an installment agreement that I could afford and not have to come up with a lump sum payment. Then, they were able to keep my installment agreement payment basically the same over two years. Finally, they made sure that the statute of limitations time limit was in play and my outstanding balance was wiped clean. It was like a huge weight being lifted from my shoulders. I owed alot to the *** after some financial mistakes and was stressed out beyond belief. There was no way I would be able to pay the *** the full amount. I was worried I would lose my house any other assets I had. Luckily I found Fortress Tax Relief- after 1 phone call I could breathe again! They worked with the *** to get me on a simple and very affordable payment plan. I'm no longer worried at all because of the trust I have with this firm.
