    Pozzi has failed to file my 2021 tax return. He claims that after taking over the *** practice of *********************************** in West ******* the files were disorganized and incomplete and that he got backlogged. But I completed his tax organizer in March 2022, and he has still failed to file a return despite claims that he would meet deadlines. Pozzi reassures me that I won't be fined, but the *** website says no return was filed for 2021 and that all deadlines have passed. On Feb 16, 2023, Pozzi said over the phone that he would make it a priority and get back to me by 7 p.m., but I heard nothing. He was unreachable on Feb. 17, and his office did not return my calls.

    Greetings,

    In my complaint against Giancarlo Pozzi, CPA, I requested a resolution that he complete the job of filing my tax return. Since then, he has failed to respond to questions, tried to blame me for the delays of the past year, and failed to produce evidence of emails he claims were sent. He sent hard copies of my returns to mail along with a form stating that I was requesting a hard copy filing when I did not request this. The form itself says that the *** requires electronic filing, so I'm unsure of how to proceed, since I did not request the hard copy filing. His secretary has also sent repeated requests for full payment.

    I have requested that the full amount of the bill be rescinded. That is the only acceptable resolution that would discourage Pozzi's office from treating other clients this way.
