      I am living so close to this location 122nd & Division.... with that convenience.. I called in .. I drove my car in for brake service...my car is Lexus GX 460 2018 at ****** mile.. I believe I should change its time to change my car brake pad ..but at the end I have to pay more than $700 for all front brake of my car...with out noted or discussion!! Before they made decision to change it all.. I am so disappointed..!!! I got trapping buy others...I lose my money and my original brake calipers....I can not believe it I am living in America but it was happened like in third world country....( The guy who did my serviced said sorry to me. The store manager offer refund me about $150 but It is not enough for me. My biggest concern about why they took my original parts a way . They put some rebuilt parts on my car with out my permission). I am so disappointed and worry right now when I drive my car every day . I do not know the rebuilt parts are work well or not. Those are my car brakes what happen if those are fail while I am driving. It is me and my family safety.

Pursuant to Mr. ******* request, the tire center employees arranged for the calipers to be returned to the store in order for **************** to pick them up. **************** indicated he would have a brake service performed at the car dealership under warranty. **************** has been instructed to return the new calipers, pads and brake rotors installed by Les Schwab for a full refund.

      On March 22 ****************************************************************************** I was there to replace 1 tire with a leak and was told I MUST buy 4 or none at all even though the rest of my tires were considered fine. As they were changing the tires they broke a wheel and charged me $50 dollars to replace in in addition to other items. The tires I purchased were under warranty and when I went to have one replaced today I was informed that the tires they charged me for are not the ones they charged me for in the database therefore none of my tires were under warranty from the manufacturer. I had paid $439.46 for tires, the replacement wheel, lug nuts and other items they considered to be mandatory to the tire replacement process.

      I went to Les Schwab for the first time on the 31st of March to get 2 new tires and have my tires rotated. The shop was very busy at the time but I was impressed by how quickly they did my service. A couple of days after, I noticed that one of my hubcaps looked loose. Ive never had that problem before. I pushed it back into place and didnt think any more about it. About a week after the service I had a day of running local errands and noticed when I got home that a different hubcap was gone! I hadnt driven much since the tire service, less than 10 miles total in the week. Only the one hubcap is gone and I believe that it fell off. I retraced my steps and looked for it to no avail. Im pretty annoyed about it because it isnt difficult to put hubcaps on properly. Now Im going to have to spend around $50, 1/4 of the price I paid for the new tires, to replace the single hub cap and put it back on myself. Ive never come home from a tire rotation and had my hubcaps loose and falling off before. I think that Ill be returning for future services but Ive lost some faith in the quality of their work.

      approximately 1 month ago i had a nail in my tire, towing my car to ***************** around the corner to prevent further damage Fixed complimentary, which made me go again this time more recently, today actually The same exact tire they fixed last time had a slow leak as they charged me $20 this time to fix it along with putting tire pressure monitors on that wheel but unfortunately i noticed a missing lug nut that was not mentioned to me verbally even though they called me 3 times prior to make sure this was the wheel i wanted to do it on which creates a safety hazard so the problem is i have a stripped lug hole that was not apparent before today, having my last appointment at this exact les schwab indicates they are the only ones who have dealt with such and i would like some justification with their lies, and not to mention how rude i got treated once i went back and complained about such lug nut missing that i still havent gotten back, thanks *****************!

      According to *********************** records, ************ first brought his 2015 *** 328 Series (vehicle) to the tire center on December 16, 2021 and requested a flat repair. On March 31, 2022, ************ brought his vehicle back in for a leak in the right rear tire and two loose TPMS sensors and asked that they be installed. The technician working to install the sensors noted the right rear wheel had a stripped lug hole and informed ************ of his findings. ************ was not charged for the flat repair. It should be noted ************ has had work done on the vehicle by other shops in the area and specifically mentioned ********* during his visit at Les Schwab. When ************ arrived at the tire center he spoke to store manager, ****, and informed him what he had been told by the other technician. **** asked to see ************** invoice since he was not the one that billed ************ out. ************ then proceeded to swear at ****. **** told ************ to take his vehicle back to ********* to fix the lughole since that was the last service shop to work on this car. ************ continued to swear at **** and was ultimately invited to leave the tire center.
      Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in ************** report, we would like to assure the customer ********************** remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      ON 3.30.22 I WENT TO LES SCHWAB *******. I HAD THEM SWAP OUT MY SNOW TIRES FOR THE SET IN MY VAN. ALL ON *****S. LAST YEAR THEY DID THIS SAME THING. ALSO, LAST YEAR THEY WERE CARELESS WHEN THEY PUT ON THE *****S AND NEGLECTED TO S**** IN THE ***** CAPS. ONE FELL OFF. WELL...GUESS WHAT THEY DID 'AGAIN.' WHEN I TOOK MY VAN **** I CHECKED THEM ALL OUT. THEY PUT THREE CAPS ON THE *****S, AS ONE WAS MISSING FROM THE SET AGAIN. BUT, NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES OF DRIVING ON THE ***** I NOTICED WHEN I PARKED AT THE GROCERY STORE THAT 'ANOTHER CAP HAD FALLEN OFF.' ONE OF THE **** THEY JUST SCREWED ON MY VAN. IT WAS NOT SCREWED ON TIGHT. THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. I KNOW THEY WERE IN A HURRY BUT THERE IS NO EXCUSE. THESE PEOPLE DID THIS LITERALLY TWO YEARS IN A ROW. IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH TIME TO S**** THEM IN BUT IT DOES TAKE AN EMPLOYEE WHO CARES ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD EMPLOYEES THERE. I OFFICIALLY WILL BOYCOTT ALL THEIR STORES. THERE IS NO EXCUSE AT ALL. I WILL BE ORDERING MY CAPS AND HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY DID NOW. THEY ARE NOT COMPETANT AT ALL.

      To the ****** of ******************** name is ***********************. I am an active duty Army soldier who is preparing for deployment. Several years back I had a Les Schwab account that went past due. Part of this was due to a custom ************************* wheel order that the manager ****** at the time failed to inform me that even if the wheels had a factory defect they could not be returned. I paid what I thought was fair, and let the rest go past due. So I am not disputing that part. However once he took the wheels back from me he took them and sold them (violates FCRA) if I am not given a credit for that portion since I WAS the legal owner of these. I am writing to give ***************** the chance to remove ANY and all tradelines reporting for ***********************, 12/04/1992,SSN:616-72-7206. Being active duty and working with sensitive information I hold a security clearance that prohibits me from having past due items on my report. I recently paid the $1260 at the Crescent City ***************** to resolve the balance.I believe you will remove this. If you so chose not to do so my attorney will *** you. I have sued 11 creditors and have been awarded settlements so large I have had to sign an NDA. I am well versed in costs and credit law, as I am a Pre-Law student at *************************. I am giving you 5 days to respond to this.As I said the choice is yours. However I am prepared to make this very costly for you as my attorney is $775 an hour and I have a yearly retainer of $10,000.00 with him at all times.Have a blessed day.-*********************** *** ** ARMY

      According to *********************** records **************** opened a retail credit account on March 7, 2014 and made purchases and charges to it until November 13, 2015. During that time **************** consistently made late payments with the last payment being received in April 2016. Despite Les Schwabs efforts to collect on ****************** debt, his account was closed and written off December 8, 2016.
      Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in ****************** report, we would like to assure the customer ********************** remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      I recently had a less than favorable experience at the location in ***************. I brought my vehicle in for a new set of tires as we had previously had a good experience in August 2021. On February 2, 2022, I was quoted ~$281/tire. When I was notified the vehicle was ready for pickup feb 5, I was informed the cost was $365/tire. This to me was very concerning as the price had increased by $84/tire; i felt as if I was being taken advantage of. I spoke with ****** as well as the manager *****, who were unwilling to honor the initial price of $281/tire. They would only decrease it to $349/tire which is still $68/tire more. When I picked the vehicle up on feb 7 with my old tires in place, I was then charged a freight fee of $64.00. I accept responsibility for any form of miscommunication during the initial conversation on feb 2, however the pricing was way too far apart for us to do business here. My husband and I wrote down the initial quote of ~$281/tire from February 2. We are very disappointed with the service we have received. I contacted customer service on February 5 and never got a call or email back. They state on their website that theyre #1 in customer satisfaction. Maybe have your customer service department call your customers back when there is an issue.

      According to *********************** records, the Nethertons brought their vehicle to the tire center
      with an online price for Bridgestone tires from a third party. The Les Schwab tire center was unable to meet this and quoted $368.17 per tire for the Bridgestone tires on 02/02/22.  ********************** was insistent on the Bridgestone tires that we couldn't compete with the pricing he had found. Later, *********************** had brought the car in for the installation while ********************** was out of town.  She was told the price for the Bridgestone tire again at check-in and she approved the installation.
      Although we respectfully disagree with the allegations in this report, Les Schwab would like to assure the customers we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      We had Les Schwab do a basic brake job on 8/18/2021. The accord was at ******* miles at this time. Les Schwab replaced pads rotors and calipers. On 1/7/2022 the car had the *** traction control and ABS lights lit up. Milage at this time *******. The car was acting erratically. After a googling the issue... We learned this was a huge safety thing and to bring it to ***** for code read and check up. They found both calipers that were installed by Les Schwab to be leaking from the piston. As the brakes were compromised and safety a concern present we had them fix the car. After contacting Les Schwab and seeing the local manager *******.. they are unwilling to do anything about the issues or the $1574.79 ($936.22 ***** and $638.57 Les Schwab) was paid for a simple brake job. Most egregious is the fact we are still making monthly payments on the $638.57 through Les Schwabs credit. It's awesome making payments on something that was done improperly and could have gotten my family killed in traffic.

      On December 26, 2021 I had my car towed to Les Schwab in ******* oregon because i had 2 flat tires. I had a confirmed appointment the following morning at 9 a.m. I locked up my vehicle and placed the keys in there overnight key drop slot. Which might i add the drop box says "for your convienence overnight key drop service". The following morning when i called to check on my car to see if they had any idea on the total cost for the tire replacment and it was at that time informed that my vehicle was not on there lot. the manager told me he would look for the car and call me back. he called me about 15 minutes later and told me my vehicle was driven off the lot overnight. they had the actual theft on camera. So then i asked where are my keys and they said they could not find them and they were not at the store. the person who stole my car had somehow removed my keys from inside the locked store overnight and that he would review the tapes and give me an answer the next day. Meanwhile i have been going thru the motions filing police reports and dealing with insurance companys and rental car companies ect. It is now two weeks later and i have gotten no explanation from les schwab. Everytime i call there claims **** or there store all they say is they are investigating and will get back to me. It definetly does not take that long to give a customer an explanation. the only response i get is the same questions over and over from them trying to avoid accountability.

      I am rejecting this response because:

                 The fact they have been reviewing are complaint is true but no resolution has been met. Les Schwab has explained the "How it happened". Which is that someone managed to steal our car keys from inside there locked building over night and then steal our car from there lot. Those are the facts up to this point. we are discussing resolution but as expected Les Schwab wants to minimize there liability and under value our property. Meanwhile its is us the customer/victim that continues to shell out money to cover not only the cost of replacing the vehicle but also the costs that come along with that in rental car fees ect. This matter is still unresolved. Its not unreasonable to assume that Les Schwab would cover the cost of the rental vehicle until our new vehicle is ready. its unfortunate that with all the distribution issues for manufacturers in today's economic times that it will take a little longer then one would hope. Les Schwab wants me to hurry and make a forever decision on a major automobile purchase to save a few dollars on rental fees. Its going to cost us twice as much today with current inflation rates to get back what we already had and loved. We have to absorb that cost which is a substantial amount more then the little help we are asking Les Schwab for in restitution. This is still unresolved!
