  10/15/2024 I had my sectional couch cleaned by this supposed business. I paid $175 and they did a less then thorough job on my couch. First, they completely soaked it to the point where I am unsure it is going to dry. Second, they didnt even clean the whole couch. There is a red **** on the couch that has since spread to an entire cushion. Theyre trying to say that it showed up after they left but It 100% was not like this. There are parts of the couch that are dry that they didnt even clean and are trying to tell me they only require a surface clean. There is still stuff you can scrape off the couch with your nail. When we called we were told to shop vac our couch due to excess water and basically ***** to be us. Refused to make it right by completing the job they were hired to do. Im concerned my couch is now ruined. Its been 5.5 hours since it was cleaned and its still completely soaked in soapy water. I want my money back so I can have a competent company come and do it right. There was still a. Kids sticker on the seat cushion that came off when I wiped my hand accross it( pictures below) you can see where the dry spot is from removing it. The red spot turns you red as soon as you touch it. That is, if it isnt ruined. If it doesnt dry in a timely manor is will mold. I have pictures of all the above and am flabbergasted they are unwilling to work with us at all. This feels like a scam. He was here for 25 minutes to clean a 10 sectional. Clearly the job wasnt done right. We found him in the clipper magazine, so assumed they had to be somewhat reputable, but clearly we were wrong . I want my money back

  During requested carpet cleaning. 12/7/22 General manager OR additional employee used downstairs restroom, clogging the toilet and in a attempt to stop flooding, turned off the water to the toilet. They did not unclog it or fix/clean any flooding. Just simply left the bathroom with water turned off to the toilet. Was left unattended to for 3 days before new tenant arrived and found the mess. 12/10/22 When calling to speak with the owner of magic carpet cleaners I was yelled at and told they didn't do it, not their problem. Unhealthy, unsanitary and completely unprofessional.

  I represent The Miracle Carpet Cleaning Plus and am willing to pay the customer her refund even though I suspect another ******* may have done the damage because our technicians have and would have used all their equipment to clean up the water and her f**** she found on her bathroom floor.  Please let me know the amount and. ********** address so I may send a personal check ASAP.

  I am rejecting this response because: I find the response to be disrespectful and argumentative. They are carpet cleaners NOT plumbers. So I'm unsure what "equipment" would have been used to unclog a toilet and clean up the f**** your employee left in my bathroom. There was no other workmen or people in or out of that home. I had contacted this company via phone and was first told I was speaking with a manager, when he became agitated, yelling and cussing, I requested to speak to a owner. He then claimed to be the owner and denied me any further names of contact info of who I could speak with. Then hung up on me. Completely unprofessional!!
