    People did show up and they sold and did their outreach. The five guest speakers spoke during the event and there were breakout sessions. The meeting went well and the people that walked into the event from the casino.Cow Creek Indian Tribe did electronically sign up and agreed to the terms and conditions like everyone else, plus they received paperwork to sign. **************** told me over the telephone that he would recommend for me to have everyone sign the forms in the morning. We ended up taking his recommendation. We did not know that was offensive as it was stated in the speech that was taken place to ask for a payment.We didn't know that the policy of asking them to stay and participate would be offensive including signing a release of liability form. **** *** and check for the drum corps which we didn't know that was going to be requested. Where did I send the check? As far as the e- mails and telephone calls that certain people alleged that took place did anyone confirm?As far as hearing complaints from others no one that came to the event complained. Neither *** nor I are prejudice people and we didn't deserve to be publicly scorched in a speech over matter.Guests say that they were told by security guard that the event was cancelled according to their e mails?We're trying to find a venue for The Grapplers Summit that includes the tie dye fashion show, vendors , booths, and a bar We could not find a venue that has a runway and the support that the event needs anywhere else. We would like to have a second chance because we can ensure both the tribe and the management whatever did go wrong it would need repeat, also there won't be any problems. The only thing that I ask from Seven Feathers is guidance in how to deal with the tribe once in for all. I would like the tribe to be in the fashion show.There is an actor that does independent films that would like to help draw the crowd. Let's unite but not substrate.

    On 04-21-2024 my husband won 2 jackpots ans was issued an incorrect tax filling form i requestes correction and the employee refused to correct the issue. Employee #**** and 5843. My husband has an ITIN that allows him to file taxes as a resident based on the numbers of days present in the **. He was supposed to get a w2g not a 1042s. I asked for clarification on to why the incorrect form was being issued i explained he was not a tourist, we live in ****** and file 1040 forms the employee was very rude and said well that is how we do things here. I explained that 1024s is filed with 1040NR which is for people living abroad and we lived in ****** and filed 1040 with an ITIN and we include the w2g he refused to look into the issue ans said that is what we do.. i explain that i could not file a 1040NR and he said that is it we are not correcting it. Seven feathers need to get with their board ans get this correct because im not filling incorrect forms to the *** just because they have their information incorrect. I need these forms corrected and reissued we feel discriminated because my husband did not speak english ans assumed we did not know anything related to taxes. We file taxes every year with his itin and we were just asking to provide him with the correct forms we were turn away with no explain and subjected to a 30% withholding just because they refused to do the correct thing and do some research. Seven feathers needs to speak wirh their legal consul and provide proper training to employees. Along with better customer service skills ans assist regardless of our nationality. My husband was not listen to just because he has an ITIN.

    When a guest that has an ITIN instead of a SSN, per IRS they will be issued a 1042S for a tax form for winning a jackpot.  An ITIN is a tax processing number, issued by the **** for certain resident and non-resident aliens, their spouses, and dependents.
